The hotel is wonderful, the room is very comfortable and quite spacious. We especially liked the interaction with the staff, since one of us got sick and we had to order food to the room and extend our stay in the room. The staff even offered to buy the necessary things at the pharmacy, if necessary! Overall, this hotel makes you feel like you're in good hands. The hotel itself is excellent in design, the spa and sauna are also good with a beautiful view.

The hotel was situated in a really nice location in Berlin, very close to the zoo and within walking distance to a lot of other attractions. The bus station was right next to the hotel as well. The room was big and spacious, with a modern and clean bathroom. The heating system worked perfectly as well. The staff was really kind and helpful with us during our stay.

We were extremly satisfied with the hotel because of its great location from which you can see main sights on foot. Along with that, we were able to relax at the pool and spa area after a long day of sightseeing. Room was clean and spacious, with big and comfortable bed. Staff was very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of usful information. They allowed us an earlier check in which ment a lot. Breakfast was rich and diverse. Definitely would recommend.
