The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, at the reception and in the dining area. They were ready to do anything with great energy and enthusiasm. I have very high regard for Ms Bhavna, who attended to us at the reception and many other staff members whose names I do not remember. Breakfast was good, and the preparations were to our liking.

If you’d like to enjoy a 360° view of the city and the entry fee of €18–24 isn’t a concern, this spot can be a good option. Be sure to book your tickets well in advance. Personally, I don’t consider it a must-visit attraction given the price, but the overall surroundings are pleasant.

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we...

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there. There's also a mall nearby (Alexa)

I had a comfortable stay at H4 Hotel Alexanderplatz. The room was quite comfortable, the internet connection was good, and the shower was excellent. I also appreciated having both a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a pleasant and practical hotel in a good location.

Big, comfort and nice apartment, near metro and bus station. If you walk , its 10 min far from Alexanderplatz. There are several small restaurants just outside the building, also 2 great playgrounds for kids and the market.

Excellent location. Bus stop outside the apartment with access to tourist places like alexanderplatz, charlie checkpoint, brandenburg gate etc. The room does not have air conditioning but the fans were quite effective.

This is my go to hotel in Berlin. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's clean and with all the facilities you need. It's a five minute walk to the Ubahn and there is a supermarket directly oppositive the hotel. It's conveniently located for Museum Island, and Alexanderplatz.

Amstel House Hostel is a handy location for trams, buses and trains to all the places you want to go. 20-30 mins to Alexanderplatz. It was great value for Berlin , and for me even better because I got a free upgrade. The bedding , rooms and bathroom are clean. Drinks are bar are good value. There’s plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area . The whole venue , it’s a large hostel, is under renovation , but it did not affect me. It was quiet. The breakfast that was offered looked good value. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the heart of Alexanderplatz, it has two doors. The one at the back side literally 1 min away from the Ubahn and Sbahn which was perfect for me. VERY friendly staff, they upgraded my room since it was a gift for my sister, and surprised me with the mesmerised view. Mara was so friendly! Her name was like my sister’s and i loved how she was humble. Ali as well so nice by helping us with the luggages.

A history-laden hotel in the middle of Alexanderplatz - what more could you wish for. Clean, good beds, stunning view over Berlin from your desk at the window on the 30th floor. Spa, bar and a top-notch restaurant are available. Will gladly return.
