The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, at the reception and in the dining area. They were ready to do anything with great energy and enthusiasm. I have very high regard for Ms Bhavna, who attended to us at the reception and many other staff members whose names I do not remember. Breakfast was good, and the preparations were to our liking.

If you’d like to enjoy a 360° view of the city and the entry fee of €18–24 isn’t a concern, this spot can be a good option. Be sure to book your tickets well in advance. Personally, I don’t consider it a must-visit attraction given the price, but the overall surroundings are pleasant.

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we...

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there. There's also a mall nearby (Alexa)

location: A+++ walking distance from Alexanderplatz train station (10 mins), opposite road beer garden, in front of hotel petrol station that sells snacks, walk up and take left full of places to eat and drink. Room: B reason matress seems to slip off bed for some reason and quite annoying Brekfast: B not really much in the way of food but makes up for it being in prime locayion to eat out!!

I was in town for a weeklong event at the bcc conference center and the location is PERFECT for that. I've stayed at a couple other hotels in the neighbourhood for this event in the past and The Social Hub is the sweet-spot of affordability and quality, while being just paces away from the conference center (and Alexanderplatz). A very young and trendy vibe, rooms that have a bit of flair. On-site games and activities. Comfortable bed.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the U metro station that just a few stops from Alexanderplatz (to the east) and Potsdamerplatz (to the west). Excellent breakfast with a huge choice of cooked items, breads, pastries, cereals and fruit - impressive. There are self-service left luggage lockers in the dingy basement.

I had a comfortable stay at H4 Hotel Alexanderplatz. The room was quite comfortable, the internet connection was good, and the shower was excellent. I also appreciated having both a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a pleasant and practical hotel in a good location.
