The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, at the reception and in the dining area. They were ready to do anything with great energy and enthusiasm. I have very high regard for Ms Bhavna, who attended to us at the reception and many other staff members whose names I do not remember. Breakfast was good, and the preparations were to our liking.

The hotel is in a great location, the main city attractions can be visited on foot. Good connection to the airport and Alexanderplatz by train. The room is spacious, clean with comfortable beds. All recommendations.

Hotel is at a prime location, steps away from Alexander Platz, Hackescher Markt, and the Lustgarten. Staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and carefully prepared. The room was perfect size for what we wanted, the bed was comfortable and the comforters were really warm and cozy.

The location is superb. Close to many trams and especially close to the concert venue, which we visited. Room was super quiet and there was a great restaurant next to the entrance. Even though we arrived about 1h earlier, we were able to get the room.

Very central to museum island and Brandenburg gate etc. Very clean and staff were exceptional, offering assistance and suggestions throughout our stay. Will definitely be back

Last minute booking, so self checkin was helpful. Downstairs area was lovely, room to sit and buy drinks. Room was really nice, beds were comfortable and shower was nice. Big flat screen TV in room and Wifi worked fine.
