Charming hotel. Comfortable bed and room. Great location- lovely, quiet residential area. Less than 10 minute walk to excellent restaurants and cafes. A nice contrast to the busy city centre which was only a 10 minute tram ride away.

Really clean and comfortable, large quiet room, big bed and nice bathroom with good shower. Black-out curtains and quiet aircon that you can adjust yourself. Perfect! I loved the fact that they served breakfast till 12.0 on weekends and 11am during the week and that checkout was always midday rather than 10 am which is so common nowadays. Good central location too.

If you’d like to enjoy a 360° view of the city and the entry fee of €18–24 isn’t a concern, this spot can be a good option. Be sure to book your tickets well in advance. Personally, I don’t consider it a must-visit attraction given the price, but the overall surroundings are pleasant.

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we...

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there. There's also a mall nearby (Alexa)

Fabulous hotel, great location, friendly and helpful staff. We needed a bigger a room and they were able to accommodate this request. Good variety on offer for breakfast. Definitely book a premium plus room, it's worth it! Close to Alexanderplatz, so a very easy walk to metro & train. Supermarket and HB Hofbräu nearby.

I found the hotel really nice with excellent and friendly staff always willing to help. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and the bar staff were great. The room was light and a good size. The hotel is in a great location with an easy 10 minute walk straight into the main part of Alexanderplatz.

The room size is good enough. The hotel facilities are perfect - there are meeting rooms, parking, laundry services and a gym and the lobby/reception area is nice place to chat and socialise, which is amazing. The bar is also very comfy and nice. Location-wise was also OK - 10 mins to U-Bahns from Schilling strasse, and Alexanderplatz and there is U- Bahn station right around the corner. S Bahn stations also very close.

The apartment appears to have previously been a commercial property that was converted into a holiday apartment, yet it has all the charm and atmosphere of a typical Berlin Altbau. Cleanliness and furnishings were excellent. The apartment was in very good condition and not worn out like some other Berlin holiday apartments I have stayed in before. The location is outstanding, directly next to the U-Bahn with fast connections to Alexanderplatz and other parts of the city.

The hotel staff are very friendly, and the location is extremely convenient. It’s about an 8-minute walk to Alexanderplatz U-Bahn station, and there is also a tram stop right downstairs that provides easy access to many parts of the city. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, which was a great start to the day. The property is close to the Berliner Fernsehturm and the Rotes Rathaus, making it a very lively area. Overall, the stay was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to everyone!
