It is new, clean, and delivers what it promises (no frills, comfortable, very competitive prices). Daniel from the reception was very nice and friendly. Location is right next to Ostbahnhof (it's convenient to reach the airport via S-Bahn and close to Kreuzberg).

Very comfortable bed and very clean, for me this is an important indicator. + quiet and you can't hear the neighbors if the children from school don't run along the corridors :) + and also a great view from the window, if the window faces the courtyard, if it's outside, it will be a little noisy with the windows open. ++ breakfast is very good: big choice!
