The location was convenient from airport and the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was used as a stopping point on our journey, We arrived late evening and the reception staff was more than accommodating offering drinks and snacks.

The hotel is only 7 minutes drive by bus from the airport. I enjoyed that ground floor area is full of activities for kids like puzzles, toys, brain games etc. - perfect for spending time without the need to watch TV etc. Hotel rooms was clean, staff friendly.

Nice room and friendly staff. Clean, quiet, and has everything you need. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the restaurant.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel, the staff was very nice and the room is comfortable and warm. Another positive point is that they have a storage room that you can keep your bag after the check out for some hours.

Conveniently close to the airport. Close to train station and a supermarket. Very clean. Very quiet. Reception staff was very helpful with attractions and other info.

Beautiful hotel, impeccably clean and fresh, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Tram stop directly outside the hotel with links to central Berlin. Our room had many thoughtful touches, shower was extremely lovely, comfortable bed, helpful city guides and local recommendations, lovely outside garden, sheltered seating and riverside space, free umbrellas to borrow, on site gym and sauna. Good location near the airport. The rooms had large beds and the sofa bed easily fit too small children. There is paid private parking, but also a lot of free street parking. Staff was very friendly at check-in. Breakfast was okay. You could open the windows in the room for fresh air. Value for money was amazing

Very close to train station, clean, wonderful breakfast, lovely kind staff, value for money.

The hotel is near of the Airport and the U Bahn. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was delicious und variable, every morning little change. The room was’nt noise. When you open the windows that you heard the noise, but very good against noise. There are maps and all of information. Internet was ok, and people could work in the lobby. The Ibis Budget and Ibis in same buliding.
