State-of-the-art facilities include a Michelin-star restaurant and a shopping arcade. Everything was perfect from the arrival to the check out. The staff was professional and really helpful in each department. Upgraded to the Deluxe Room category a few days before the arrival. We were really satisfied with the size and equipment of the room and the cleanliness was above average, not just in the room but in the whole hotel including the wellness/fitness area. Enjoyed the caffee and the cakes in the lobby. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge selection of dishes, and we spent almost 2 hours trying as many products as possible. Luckily the breakfast was held in the Brasserie and we got the table with the best view on the Brandenburger Gate. We are looking forward to visiting the hotel in the near future.
