Apartment for 4 was delightful, very comfortable and clean. Great swimming pool and sauna area. Everything we needed for a week stay. Close to the train. Great place to stay!

Close to the bus stop from Landeck-Zam, easy to find. Close to a subway station within Serfaus (free) so you don't have to walk far. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Balcony had lovely views and a table. Sommercard provided which was fabulous

Family business..and wider team felt considerate, welcoming, professional, appropriately attentive and respectful. A beautiful hotel with harmonious choice of furnishings and fittings. Rooms generous and calm/v comfortable. Also first rate wellness in top floor + good gym in basement. Amazing wine cellar!!

It was absolutely amazing. We had a huge apartment, super central with restaurants and a small supermarket all within 5 minutes walk. We will definitely be back soon.

Wonderful breakfast selection of both cold and hot food options, Dinner was of an equally high standard . I was accompanied by my daughter who speaks fluent German whereas I do not and was delighted to find five English speaking channels on TV (And not confined to news broadcasts!) The views from the hotel were lovely since Fiss is very picturesque. The hotel staff and local restaurants were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bedrooms and bathrooms were of high quality

The hosts and staff here make you realise how much better a family run hotel is compared to a faceless international branded corporate hotel chain. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We could not have been happier. The hosts were happy to assist with all of our requests.

The view was amazing, we had a three room apartment with panoramic view. Definitely worth it!
