Grand Palais was the place and good value for money. Pianika and the Grand Palais team were great to work with, always ready to answer any questions and attend to any requests, very friendly. The location was perfect, just a few short steps to the beach and close to public transport. The rooms were so nice and clean very comfortable with so much space. Our group had 10 room, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom, comfort and cleanliness 10 out of 10. There so much to explore and it was the perfect location to access so many attraction sites. Recommend 💯 and will choose Grand Palais again.

The location is central, with everything just a short walk away - especiqlly the beautiful beach! The staff were smiley, friendly and very welcoming.

It was one of the cleanest hostels I’ve been at for sure. Another thing I really like was the staff. The receptionist (he was dutch I don’t remember his name) was so nice he made me feel at home immediately!

Absolutely loved the location and having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was fabulous for 3 ladaies. Staff on front counter were very friendly and welcoming. Particularly the young lady and sorry I have forgotten her name.

Perfect location, close to amenities, beaches, mariners. It just primed spot!

We got upgraded to penthouse which was amazing, and Miranda and Dave who ran it were excellent and dealt with any issues immediately. They went the extra mile for us. Will be coming back next year. The views from balcony over wharf and yachts was lovely. There’s bus stop outside that takes you to local malls(25p) a trip. It’s only 3 mins walk to the lovely beach. Well stocked with all you need in the apartment.

The apartment was beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need. Sensational decor, roomy, extremely comfortable beds and a gorgeous pool area, all within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. My girlfriends came up for a day trip and the owner was there at the time. She offered us extra bedding if they wanted to stay the the night, so they did! So accommodating, thank you! Highly recommend.

We've been staying in this apartment for six weeks, and I'd like to share our experience. Although it’s not a newly built property, the room layout is very well-designed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are close to each other but separated from the living and dining areas, providing a quiet resting space that doesn’t interfere with daily activities. The living and dining areas are connected to the kitchen, and there's a spacious balcony attached to the living room. With plenty of large windows and floor-to-ceiling glass, the ventilation and natural light are excellent. Although our room is on a lower floor without a direct ocean view, it actually turned out to be a benefit. When the sea breeze gets chilly, we can still enjoy the sun on the balcony without feeling the wind. We’ve made it a habit to bask in the morning sunshine on the balcony every day, as long as it’s not raining. The toilet is separated from the sink and shower area, making it convenient for multiple people to use simultaneously. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, including ample bowls, plates, cups, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. A Coles supermarket is just a few hundred meters away, which makes daily life very convenient. One particularly nice feature is the back door by the apartment’s swimming pool, which offers easier access to the beach and the nearby bus stop. This made our trips to the beach much more convenient. The apartment management service is exceptional. A few days ago, a group of young athletes stayed here for a competition. They were quite noisy upon arrival, but Naomi quickly addressed the issue, and they were quiet afterward. Additionally, every week, Naomi replaced all the bed linens and towels for us. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer, so we don’t have to worry about drying clothes even if it rains. Finally, the price of this apartment is incredibly affordable.
