The apartment was beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need. Sensational decor, roomy, extremely comfortable beds and a gorgeous pool area, all within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. My girlfriends came up for a day trip and the owner was there at the time. She offered us extra bedding if they wanted to stay the the night, so they did! So accommodating, thank you! Highly recommend.

It was perfect having 2 separate areas of the house. It was good to have the kids down one end which had their own lounge with a Playstation. And the main ensuite room with another lounge for the adults! They loved the pool and the outdoor area was perfect or dining all times of the day. Will definitely stay again

The owner was a delight to deal with, she was friendly and prompt to respond to messages and emails. Very nice touches, beach vibe decor with pool towels supplied, comfy beds, portacot supplied and good basics in the pantry. Games in the cupboard. Suited our large family group perfectly.

Mooloolaba is a lot quieter than other places on the Sunshine Coast, so if you like the crowds and the entertainment offers of Noosa, you will be disappointed. However Mooloolaba boasts a top class italian restaurant, fresh fish direct from the wharf, a very good indian and the surf club is also very popular. The beaches are wonderful and there are walks along the entire length of the foreshore and further.

Mooloolaba beach is nice, just like any other beach just be careful of the rocks in the sea. Saw many baby flatheads when the tides are low. Must visit Frozzies original mini pancakes on the pavilion! Amazing service, staff and food. Serving sizes are great and VERY generous with their extras and toppings. Fishing on the boat ramps is also great. Had a few big bites, unfortunately though only brought the light set ups.

Great apartment in a fab location! Central to all of Mooloolabas delights! Apartment was spotlessly clean with good kitchen and ample space . Would recommend to anyone visiting the area as a great place to stay

I love Mooloolaba it is my favourite beach in Australia.

I love Mooloolaba it is my favourite beach in Australia. We visit each year. They are doing up the front of the beach area at the moment but you can still access the beach and the flags and walk along or sit up near the rocks for that wonderful summer afternoon breeze.

At Mooloolaba we enjoyed the short walks around the marina looking at the different cruise boats, little tables to sit at in the shade. Lots of shops down by the marina and a great little alcohol shop that was good value for money with friendly hosts. ( Not far from Sea Life). There were lots of amazing eating places, restaurants that had positive and happy vibes flowing from them. Such a cool place to visit. The beach was amazing. Had a great swim down by the surf club in between the flags. The sand is beautiful underneath your feet. Cool waves to body surf in. The water was very warm and not too salty. Lots of taps and showers to get sand off afterwards. We ate at the surf club, an amazing place with great food and location. We could get around Mooloolaba easily by foot, it was easier than trying to find a parking space. My husband and I are in our sixties and we enjoyed everything!

This was a short break to the coast for us, only 1hr away...

This was a short break to the coast for us, only 1hr away from home, so we know the area quite well. It's beautiful. We went midweek, outside school holidays. Fewer people, no queues. The area gets very busy in school holidays. There's a lot of building work going on but it didn't impact us. Surprised to find a cafe on the Esplanade that was really good - Backstreet Cafe.

We were lucky to get one of the best rooms in the complex - that was on the 4th level with two balconies, with views to almost all possible directions - River Esplanade, Wharf, Sealife, a small piece of the central beach entrance near the Surf Club, and the Nautilus hotel pool. This allowed to see all the daily and nightly life in the Mooloolaba centre. At the same time, owing to good quality windows, it was quiet enough inside.

Excellent location in Mooloolaba and easy walk to Cafe's and Dining outlets. Close to fabulous Mooloolaba Beach, although the entire beachfront has been ripped up making way for improvements. This will take quite a while to complete. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Great size fridge. Lovely view from the balcony with table and chairs to enjoy that sunset drink! Very large TV in room.
