The apartment was beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need. Sensational decor, roomy, extremely comfortable beds and a gorgeous pool area, all within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. My girlfriends came up for a day trip and the owner was there at the time. She offered us extra bedding if they wanted to stay the the night, so they did! So accommodating, thank you! Highly recommend.

It was perfect having 2 separate areas of the house. It was good to have the kids down one end which had their own lounge with a Playstation. And the main ensuite room with another lounge for the adults! They loved the pool and the outdoor area was perfect or dining all times of the day. Will definitely stay again

The flat was clean, modern and on the ground floor. Everything we could think of was provided, down to the clothes washing liquid. A lovely patio area, very close to the pool. Location just steps from a supermarket, the beach and the main drag.

If you're located on the Esplanade, you have easy access to anything you desire from food to souvenirs & any medial essentials. Local Coles nearby. Council is expanding the boardwalk to the existing one which is fantastic. In one section of the current boardwalk there is seating to view the whales when they travel up the coast for warmer waters. Look forward to visiting when the boardwalk is completed. The nearby Wharf has some the best food, especially Rice Boi where you don't need a booking, just turn up and you'll be seated once one is available.

Mooloolaba beach cove was so lovely, clean and the water was 24 degrees perfect swimming water in May. Lots of friendly locals swimming with us. We had yummy gelato at Gelatissimo Mooloolaba. Very easy to get around if you are staying at the Landmark Resort, but I heard parking can be an issue. We drove everywhere we wanted to go , but I did see buses. Underwater word, whale watching , swimming in ocean and playing on the beach. Bush walks , beach walking, rock pools to explore and Pt Cartwright walks.

Northwind was very close to everything

Northwind was very close to everything lots of ever type of food to eat a bottle shop very handy .. just beside Coles Supermarket And lots of restaurants to choose also to take away Plenty of ice cream shops A Chemist on the Esplanade too Beautiful clothing shops as well Can recommend Mooloolaba for all aged Great for Families 😊

Location, location; 2 min walk to The Wharf, 4 min walk to shops, eats and drinks, walk 10 mins the other way to the Mooloolaba Fish Market. A fabulous family unit, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We love Mooloolaba.

We love Mooloolaba. We love the walks, the restaurants, the surf life saving club and the beaches. It is so easy to get around and there are so many shops on the front. There is also a supermarket close by. There is a fantastic bus service that you can catch to Caloundra and the Sunshine Coast Airport. Can't wait to go again.

The restaurants and beaches were fantastic.

The restaurants and beaches were fantastic. The marina area was beautiful with live music and restaurants as well. The bus services were excellent and 50 cent fares, were great and travelled to Australian Zoo for 50 cents was a bargain, dropped us right outside the entrance. Highly recommend

Firstly great location if you want to be in the centre of Mooloolaba and of course the noise factor is part of that. Having said that I slept uninterrupted and my wife was only woken a few times in our 12 day stay. Great living space for a couple or family with everything we needed. We didn’t have a car but the public transport system is very good (and so cheap!) so we didn’t miss it. Plus the coffee shop next door was excellent! We would definitely recommend and will stay again if available

Raffles is in a great location. The main beach in within 100m. Right across the road you have Handy Coles Supermarket and the Mooloolaba tavern, Liquor Store, Bakery. The Irish Pub across the road had great food as well. 5 Minutes walk to the Surf Club. Apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked (Tea, Coffee) with a comfortable bed. I really enjoyed the Small Heated Pool and Spa Pool. Free underground parking was handy for rental.

This was our third stay at the Mooloolaba Mantra. On each occasion we booked an Ocean View Room, so the scenery was outstanding. The room layout was fairly standard but the Spa Bath was a nice touch. Cuttlery and crockery were adequate for four people, Instant coffee/tea and milk was provided free. So was the free Wifi.
