I have stayed at this hotel 5 times, and I'll keep staying there every time I go to Santos. The location is awesome, the parking works well, the staff is super friendly and the rooms are huge and comfortable.

loved the apartment and great location for the beach

This is truly an excellent choice for a stay in Santos. The apartment is very clean and well furnished, with a lateral view to the Sea from the large terrace. Is a situated in a building where many apartments are rented out to tourists. The reception at ground level is where you receive your key to the apartment. They are well used to foreign tourists and speak very good English. After booking the apartment, it is very easy to communicate with the owner using WhatsApp and auto-translate. People with a car are provided with secure parking in the garage in the same building. All in all, this was one of our best stays in Brazil and we recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Staff were great. Great location. Hotel was great value.

The serenity and cleanliness was exceptional. We left Ibis because of hygiene issue so very happy to not have experience that at Sheraton. Everything was great - rooms, surrounding, the food, staff, and facility!

Location was great but the staff were amazing, the team on reception let us keep the room longer and were very helpful with everything we asked about. Lovely breakfast the fresh omelettes cooked to order.

I think it was a very complete and great service, with so many options. A very good location, close to many stores and other services, above it was far from the beach.

The location was amazing near by shopping mall and the Gonzaga beach ⛱️ safely for walking and excellent neighbourhood.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a great location. Everything is brand new, and high quality within the apartment. Having 2 bathrooms was great! Full sized fridge and cooking facilities were helpful. Bed was nice and firm, and roller shutters in the bedroom meant a nice dark room to sleep in. Secure location with 24/7 security.
