The quality of the meals was very high and the quantities were more than adequate at times. The room was very quiet especially considering the resort is located on a relatively busy road and very close to the local airport The location was very close to local stores to buy snacks, drinks including wine all within a couple of minutes walk. It was also very close to the local gym, again a short walk. The site had its own diving and fishing facilities. The staff were all very friendly.

We had an excellent at Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection. We originally booked a garden view suite, and during our stay there was an issue that came up, but the way the hotel handled the situation truly impressed us. The general manager, Rashid, was extremely professional, understanding, and attentive. He made sure everything was taken care of and upgraded my family and me to an ocean view suite to make up for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated. The staff throughout the resort were excellent friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was also very good. Shakira at breakfast was excellent! She made our pancakes delicious!!Overall, the customer service and hospitality stood out the most and made our experience memorable. Thank you to Rashid and the entire team for turning the situation around and making our stay enjoyable.

The room was very clean & comfortable beds, good WiFi, extremely friendly staff. Jose, and his bother , Ken and Barry were very helpful with any request we made. The food in the restaurant was so good! Lots of amenities so you really don’t have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. They had a sunset cruise, snorkeling and kayaks to name a few. Beautiful dock!

I stayed here on a solo trip for 10 days and from the very first minute, everyone made me feel at home. I happened to arrive on a Monday when the locals host Trivia night, so it was a great chance to meet other people (not just other travelers, but a lot of locals hang out at the bar/restaurant). Glenn at the bar was amazing. I wanted a relaxed vacation and it's exactly what I got. Also, the food at the restaurant is fenomenal! Go for the full lobster, you won't regret it! The beach was clean, they have a team clearing up the seaweed before sunrise. Speaking of sunrise, I got up at 6am every morning to watch the sunrise at the beach, and the hotel has the coffee out ready for you to drink it as you rise. I honestly can't wait to come back, it was the home away from home!

The staff make you very welcome, especially Dave and his bar team.

Quiet, beds are comfortable at least for the luxury villa not sure about the other rooms, fully stocked kitchen supplies. This would be a great stay for big families and of planning to make meals. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Room very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Even had paper Towels which I find a lot of places in central and South America don’t provide. The owners were friendly and super helpful. I had a food tour and didn’t set my alarm correctly so I was running late. The owner asked one of the staff to drive me to my destination. You can rent a half cart from the owners. Most people do rent but walking into town was easy . I walked most of the time.

Mike the owner was awesome and fun to talk to. So were the housekeeping staff. Felt very comfortable. Stayed in the budget room next to the pool. The view from the roof top deck was amazing..when the sun set, the view was breathtaking. The hotel was 5 min straight walk from the Caribbean Sprinter water taxi...No golf cart needed unless you wanted to visit Secret Beach. Will definitely be back again! Perfect location for our diving vacation. Manuel, the property manager, was exceptional in making our stay very low maintenance. Great arrangements for airport transfer, good recommendations for restaurants, and even arranged a delivery for a golf cart to our unit for our explore adventure day. Beautiful view from our suite and easy walking distance to everything San Pedro has to offer. Suite was large and had great kitchen facilities.

How welcoming and down to earth they were.

Due to a leak in our room from the high winds and rain we were upgraded to a room with a full kitchen and living space. Also it had a large balcony with a view of the water. It was great to have all the extra room and cooking space. The place also offered laundry service for free. Very close to restaurants and bars. Staff helped arrange a golf cart rental to get around. Also assisted with taxi to and from the condo.

Close to town, the location is great, close to the ocean. The pools were great.

It was an awesome location, excellent facilities, very clean, lots of space, very comfortable bed, great value!
