Sandy and her team welcomed us in and the hotel was great, it has a pool, an arcade and even a small cinema, the kids loved it. We’re a family of 6 so it’s hard to find rooms that cater for us all but the suite was perfect

The room is big and clean. Most important is the bed is comfortable. The staff are very friendly and always similes. The staff who prepares the breakfast are very helpful. I had a wonderful vacation here. There are many big super-stores around the hotel. I took Ebus from here to Kelowna. Ebus station is near the Sahali Mall. Just a few minutes walk. Very convenient.

The fenced dog run was a pretty good perk - removes any guess work of where to take your dogs or having to go far, or even having disgusting sidewalk poops and other missiles to dodge around the hotel too. Would love if other hotels adopted this too. The restaurant was good too, we just got "takeout" which consisted of ordering what we wanted, waiting and then picking it up to take back to the room. Staff were also friendly.

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. The swimming pool and hot tub were a lovely addition. Also the inclusive breakfasts offered a very good hot/cold selection in a nice diner style environment that was spotlessly clean and staffed. Also complimentary coffee/tea in the main reception area.

Very nice and clean room. Staffs are nice. A decent place to spend time. Great location and was a free upgrade to a room with a View. However, we paid for the breakfast via Booking.com. but apparently, the concierge explained the breakfast was complimentary. So DON't pay for breakfast. Nice indoor swimming pool. Secured underground parking.
