The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was large and modern with a huge bed. The swimming pool was lovely after a long day. A great selection for breakfast.

There is only good things to say about this hotel. The staff were very helpful when our next booking, in jasper, was cancelled due to the wild fire. Breakfast was good with a great variety At the same time they had the best beds we have had in a hotel in Canada/USA

The place was clearly very newly renovated, super comfy beds and excellent location. The guys at the front desk were amazing! They seriously went above and beyond. I had an issue with my car, and when I checked in (at 7pm), the front desk staff were super helpful and got me the name and number of a local mechanic. I'm from out of town.

This hotel is very convenient to the Kamloops airport and the free shuttle is quick. They kept our car keys that had been dropped off and made check in very easy. We had a late dinner at the hotel, which was good too. it is quiet and I like the toiletries in the bathroom. They don’t skimp on conditioner for example. Our room was very clean.

The location was a bit outside of Kamloops but overall very scenic near the River. The Hotel has a cute, old timey charm. Rooms were clean and comfy. The waitress at the restaurant was very nice (don't remember her name but blonde medium length hair with a flower in).
