Being a Bonvoy member we were upgraded to a top floor view room that was spacious, and were also allowed a late check- out on our last day so we could ski up at Sun Peaks most of the morning and comfortably drive back to check out. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub apres-ski, and found several great restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. And finally, the staff are incredible. The front desk always greeted us and took great care of our stay.

Our stay at Accent was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Ana and Dylan went far above in their level of customer service and professionalism! The room, fitness facility and pool were all very clean. The property was very clean and the grounds were well kept. It was older,but so so charming. Our room was pristinely kept with white Linens. The rooms seemed sound proof as once the door was shut you could not hear the neighbors.
