The room was large, very clean and well equipped. Efficient and very quiet A/C / heater. The hot breakfast is a nice bonus. Friendly, very competent staff. For me the location was perfect.

I love that this resort is child free. It sounds mean but sometimes as a parent i needed an escape from kids full stop and this place was perfect. It's so quiet and peaceful. The pool was warm the spa was hot the cold plunge sauna. On site spa services. I felt all my stresses melt away. The restaurant was amazing. I could grab my cocktail and take it back to my room or to the spa. It was just a chill relaxing place. I will be back.

This appartment exceeded our expectations. It's comfortable, squeaky clean and very well equipped. There's a nice pool, fully equipped kitchen, big washer and dryer, remote controlled fireplace, smart TV and WiFi. And don't forget the extensive bar and barbecue area in the garden - all for your private use. The beds were comfortable and very clean with new sheets. We used this appartment as the base for visiting Victoria and surroundings. It's not in the center but only about 10 minutes away in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Marlisa is a fantastic host, she gives you all the privacy you need but she's there when you need help.

The location was perfect because I chose it for my child to take the exam at SMUS—it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the school. It’s also close to the large Hillside Shopping Centre, where there’s a Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart, making it very convenient to buy groceries for cooking. The guest services team was warm and enthusiastic. Francis was especially helpful in keeping our Wi-Fi connected, which ensured my son’s laptop ran smoothly.
