Location was great, it is the closest to outlets already! Shuttle provided was really on time and drivers were really helpful. My sister was feeling a little under the weather then but she said she slept really well, room was really nice and clean!

Vancouver International Airport is situated on Sea Island in Richmond, British Columbia. Downtown Vancouver is about 7 miles (12 kilometres) from the airport and can be reached in under 30 minutes via rail on the Canada Line. Taxis are available at stands located on level two of the arrivals area, and flat fares apply for journeys to specified zones in the city.

Pretty area.
Pretty area. Unfortunately, we had two rainy days, but got to see a few sites. Where we stayed close to Stanley Park was safe and pretty. Driving through some of the area to get there however it was full of homelessness and not particularly an area you would want to visit.

West Vancouver is a beautiful, peaceful place to visit. The scenery is stunning, with mountains, forests, and ocean views all within easy reach. What stood out most were the amazing hiking trails—there are so many options, all incredibly scenic and well maintained. Despite being close to Vancouver, it feels much quieter and more relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would happily return.

I would love to live in north Vancouver … Most beautiful place in Canada I’ve been to !
Horseshoe Bay community is incredible and has amazing diving.. we tried several of the restaraunts in Horseshoe Bay, but we found “the final whistle” had the most incredible food, and perfectly situated to watch the ferries come and go. Also recommend the little blue coffee shop down on the warf! Amazing 🤩

This is a bedroom community.
This is a bedroom community. It is quiet and we respect that short term rentals can be a contentious issue so we kept noise to a minimum. But we are all in our 60s and in bed by 10pm, say no more... That said, we found the proximity to grocery store, gas station and yes, a beer/wine store, within walking distance very convenient. Please be respectful to your host and their neighbors, we intend to stay there again.

We stayed at Arundel Mansion for our Vancouver holiday, 12 days, and it was perfect for easy trainline access to downtown and waterfront Vancouver, at better value than staying in town. But we discovered that New Westminster itself is a lovely area - loads of eateries and bars, lovely river walks, funky street events on while we were there. Nice location.

If you have the early ferry departure the next morning - that is the proper place to stay. Not 5 stars hotel, but the old motel which offer all necessary things: parking on-site, comfortable beds, big fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker.

West Vancouver is beautiful and natural with trees and ocean. I went to Pawan Indian Food and it was fantastic. The waiter was friendly and focused. The food was generous enough to take home food for another meal.
First day of my trip I went for a relaxing facial at CUR’s Beauty Salon in Park Royal. I would like to live in North Vancouver!
The road signs in West Vancouver are abundant and clear for an easy ride. For a solo I thought of visit a beach in West Vancouver but never made it.
