I am a patient of Jim Pattison and when ever we need to come into Surrey for an appointment, we always make sure we stay there. When a person's health is in jeopardy there's an extreme amount of stress that goes with it. PolandWe enjoyed our stay very much. We had everything we needed: the kitchen equipment, the hairdryer, the iron... There was even a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The view from the suite was amazing and the staff very helpful and polite. Big thanks to Joel for the suite he chose for us and his excellent work. We received complimentary muffins and coffee for breakfast, which was very nice. We certainly want to return there in the future.

On the whole most drivers courteous, my stay near 200 th, provided good driving to my destination at 7:00 am and at 330 pm, with no traffic bottle necks. An issue with traffic congestion in regards to the new sky train metro construction, they could have had bettter traffic management and coordination, with better signage and flaggers.

I was in Surrey in business for two days.
I was in Surrey in business for two days. In my opinion it is a noisy industrial city, not for life but for work only. Not a lot of parks and places to walk. It's a pity that there is no possibility to walk along the river cause whole coast is under industrial objects. From the other side I was there in November, probably other seasons can be more interesting. I stayed in the not bad hotel situated in rather picturesque place with a view on mountains.

the apartment was very comfortable.
the apartment was very comfortable. It was worth the money for us to stay here. My only suggestion to the renters of the property is that the bed needs to be upgraded. It was comfortable enough but for big people, like me, comfort is everything when I sleep. Other than that, It was great!!

The area didn't seem very safe.
The area didn't seem very safe. Everything seemed far but on further exploration, it isn't -- convenience-wise I would recommend Surrey if you're going to be in and around the area much. Safety-wise, I wouldn't say it's totally unsafe, I'd only recommend one to be careful initially, assess for your own self, and decide if staying out after sundown is a good idea or not.

Surrey is my hometown. I am a Canadian citizen.
Surrey is my hometown. I am a Canadian citizen. It just so happened I needed a place to stay at the time and I got robbed by these people who rented me the place for 45 days. 8925 151 street Surrey BC. They took the money the day I moved in and promised to refund the damage deposit as soon as I vacated the place ($1400 CDN ). But that never happened to this day(12th of July 2023)

Breakfast was good, location was good. hotel was clean and despite being busy, it was a quiet room.
I like that there was an amazing swimming pool across the parking lot for the kids. It was lots of fun in the evening and nice and close to the hotel.
We didn't use the pub or Tim Horton's but it would be a good thing to have close by if it was needed (also in the parking lot)

Nothing. Even if the rate was one of the lowest, id have gladly paid much more had i know this hotel was so bad. The negative reviews were all true. For a budget hotel, the cost is a rip off.

The location is central, the bus stop is right outside. You get direct transit to Guildford town centre and Surrey Central. 5 min drive, plazas on Fraser highway make it a good spot.
