We loved everything about our stay at Steveston Riverfront Hotel, including but not limited to, Amenities, Cleanliness, over-the-phone Staff assistance, Street Parking Arrangements, Quietness, Riverview, and the locality of the hotel location. One of the best places to stay on a budget, and get a one-bedroom suite with all modern amenities. We enjoyed our stay here, and highly recommend it.

Stayed 1 night and had a good experience overall. Two-bedroom suite, perfect for families. Free parking. Excellent location—close to the waterfront and Steveston Harbour. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store just across the street. Friendly check-in staff. Great breakfast.

Really enjoyed your restaurant

My room was very quiet. This is actually my first criteria when getting a hotel. I slept really well. I do recall hearing one plane though, but maybe that was a path of just one plane. I didn't hear any others. The facilities were quite good indeed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I met a really nice waitress at the restaurant who gave me a great tip about the fishing village in Stevenston. She came from close to this area and I wanted to visit it because it gets great reviews online. I would not have had time except because of the trouble caused during the Air Canada workers strike. I had to change my flights because of this myself, as I realized some friends were getting trapped in Canada so I cancelled my original flights and booked my own new ones and this gave me more time so I visited this nice village and the Japanese restaurant she recommended. It was called Ichiro and it was super nice and very professional with great seafood as you would expect from a place on the coast like that. The price was way better than my home country also. The swimming pools seemed quite good in this hotel. The Denny's was also nice and the staff their were very friendly too. I really like when staff are friendly and when a place is quiet. These are my main priorities on any trip. In the increasingly corporate world where staff are being forced to act inauthentic even as they are being treated badly, this comes across in a very bad way, but it felt like they must treat their staff ok at least in this hotel and the staff themselves are lovely people. I hope the executives do not force their staff in future to be fake nice, and actually genuinely treat them well so that they are happy when dealing with customers. The shuttle to and from the airport was also great, with lovely shuttle drivers. I actually used it to get the train to downtown also while I was staying there. It's a great way of avoiding extra taxi fees.

The hotel staff were very friendly and arranged early check in for us at 10am, the food and service in the restaurant downstairs was exceptional aswell. The free shuttle bus to the airport was a nice touch too.

My flight was temporarily cancelled, and I had an emotional breakdown. I made a temporary reservation for this hotel. The shuttle bus quickly came to the airport to pick me up at the hotel, and the hotel checked me in early at 12 o'clock. The whole experience was very good, thanking them for their help.

Amazing in every way. High end facilities, added extras that cost a few cents but make a stay more enjoyable and a real treat. We had an incredible view of incoming flights from the top floor. It was quiet with funky smart windows that dimmed when you wanted. Smart TV - great hairdryer even. Really nice pillows at last!

Room was really comfortable, breakfast was included and shuttle bus service is also part of the deal. We definitely got a great deal for what we paid.

The airport shuttle arrived as expected and delivered us safely back to the airport in a snow storm. The room was very comfortable and exactly what you need for an airport stopover. Breakfast was also good.
