It's in a great location near all the main attractions. The building isn't the newest, but it's well taken care of. Adding a fresh coat of paint fromthe outside could make it look nicer, but what really stands out is how they focus on important things like safety, cleanliness, and good service. I really liked the modern digital lock system. It made everything so easy. Also, the prices at this hotel in Vancouver are the best around. Just be cautious if you see rates below $200 particularly in this city, it's probably a scam.

I loved the staff , location and value for money . I suggest the facility provide cleaning materials and equipments - the weekly clean up was not sufficient .. I think it was just overwhelming for very hard working young people .. once in a while a professional clean would be great . Staff Were very responsive , the facility is close to Westminster sky train station , the river market and ideal for 3 minutes walk to the river .. loved my time

Metropolis, across the street from Hyatt Place, is a huge shopping mall if you like that. VanDuesen Botanical Gardens is an easy Skytrain and Bus ride and short walk well worth visiting. Easy Skytrain into City. Be sure to buy the All Day Pass you can use on all public transportation; so easy. No messing with cash or change. Hotel staff will call you a cab that will arrive promptly. Helpful drivers.

This is a bedroom community.

This is a bedroom community. It is quiet and we respect that short term rentals can be a contentious issue so we kept noise to a minimum. But we are all in our 60s and in bed by 10pm, say no more... That said, we found the proximity to grocery store, gas station and yes, a beer/wine store, within walking distance very convenient. Please be respectful to your host and their neighbors, we intend to stay there again.

Burnaby is about a 20 minute metro ride from Vancouver...

Burnaby is about a 20 minute metro ride from Vancouver centre. It's easy to get the metro from here. Good shops and places to eat. We liked Central Park - it has a running track around the outisde of the park and lots of paths to walk. A great green space in the city. We ate at a place called Earls and it was excellent. Great food and service.

So I like being in around a busy center.

So I like being in around a busy center. What a great idea having a mall right there so everyone can enjoy themselves. Plus good Transportation all over the city. My family is wanting to make another trip there in the future. So you will be seeing us again soon as summer approaches mean summer holidays see you soon thanks for the great experience

Not friendly people there.

Not friendly people there. Everyone was in a rush and in a bad mood. Maybe because it was raining all day and the Superstore down the road had computer problems and people could not check out. It was a disaster. Also, the Costco parking near by was INSANE! I wasn't even going to that store but rather a neighbouring restaurant and this guy in his fancy Audi was trying to pass cars in the oncoming lane on the street leading to the Costco parking lot. He almost hit me as I was leaving a restaurant parking lot as the cars were stopped for me. He was such an A-HOLE, getting out of his car to yell in my face. NEVER again am I going to stay in BURN-baby, ha.

Burnaby is a distance from Vancouver.

Burnaby is a distance from Vancouver. I did not realize this when I booked. It seems to be a business area and I was a tourist. Services were spot on from dining options to taxi availability. Every time I called a taxi, it arrived almost immediately and I was cheerfully driven into Vancouver.

Its very beautiful from the moment you walk up to the front door...flowers beautiful flowers every where, very well maintained, very clean house, very beautiful home, the room had a good presence about it as soon as I open the door, the rooms are set up like a hotel room, which is fine..I love the set up! I will for sure be renting a room here again in the bear future...thank-you!

The environment is comfortable, clean, and very quiet. Toiletries are fully provided, along with laundry detergent and basic kitchen seasonings. Parking is convenient, and the location is close to the Metrotown station and mall of Metropolis at Metrotown, all within walking distance. The area offers excellent living convenience.

The location is great. Nicely treed a quiet residential area. The host was friendly and the house is kept spotless. It is on a bus route so you're less than a block to hop on a bus that takes you to the Vancouver SkyTrain stations which connects you to all of metro Vancouver.

Had a great 3 nights at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff was lovely and helpful. Location is convenient for exploring Vancouver. The adjacent shopping mall has every shop you can wish for.
