This is our second stay at this hotel. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and efficient. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are large and comfortable. The fitness center is well equipped with many machines and disinfectant wipes. The restaurant right next door is convenient and servers are always friendly and efficient. The food selection is good as is the food. We will definitely come back to this hotel again

The breakfast was a great bonus, super good! The bed was amazing, and so were the TV and appliances. I stayed on the main floor and didn’t hear any noise at all.

Since I only stayed one night, I didn’t have a chance to make full use of all the facilities but the room I stayed in was spacious. There are many restaurants nearby and the hotel is right next to the tram, which goes up to the universities and Waterloo Central.

Breakfast included was good, hot variety. Staff was engaging, helpful and pleasant. Nicole L. was a delight to see throughout our stay! This hotel has a lot to offer in walking distance, Tim's, Wendy's, theaters, restaurants. We spent most of our time visiting the pool and hot tub. Great stay!
