The accommodation offers an indoor pool. I loved the hotel, the staff and the suites. Really felt comfortable. As someone travelling with a large cooler, I surely appreciated having a standard sized refrigerator in my suite. The hotel was modern and clean. Decent assortment of breakfast items. The gym had an appropriate amount of equipment which I used. Towels provided at the gym. I would definitely stay here again. All the staff were lovely, from front desk to housekeeping to shuttle driver.

The restaurant was equally impressive—elegant and inviting, serving excellent food. Julian and Sue at reception were professional, welcoming, and exceptionally thoughtful, even surprising us with Prosecco and a chocolate mousse cupcake to celebrate my son's graduation. It was such a memorable and generous gesture. Thank you, Sue and Julian! It’s only a shame we found Sutton Place on the last day of our trip!

The nearest airport is John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport, 21 km from the hotel. The room smelt amazing, looked amazing and was the right temperature. This was a much needed staycation and first impression was positive. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. I got a chance to relax at the waterfront and tried a good restaurant close by. I hope to come back again soon.
