The hotel is great, just recently renovated. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel room has a great view of Mt. Eiger. Definitely a must stay place in Grindelwald.

The staff was very nice and provided any information that we needed. We received a Visitor Card that allowed us to use public transport for free, and the hotel stored our luggage before check-in. Breakfast was great with various options to choose from. The room was clean, had all amenities, and the spa area and infinity pool made our stay even better. The views from the hotel are amazing.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING! Our stay was planned only 2 days prior, and we chose a hotel close to the train station; The Caprice. We got lucky! The hotel is gorgeous and evokes traditional Swiss architecture and design. The owners and staff were incredible! The room was modern with a traditional Swiss design. This will be our hotel when we return!

Really need a front room to get the best out of the hotel with a view of the Eiger. But the food was very good considering it’s part of the package, with 1st class service from everyone in the restaurant who couldn’t do enough for you
