The architecture is stunning, and the staff went above and beyond — from helping me get migraine medication at 3:00am to being incredibly understanding and accommodating when I misplaced my credit card. The spa was phenomenal; the therapists’ skills and the quality of the products were top-notch. I also loved the beautiful aquarium centerpiece. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. All in all, an exceptional stay.

The room was absolutely lovely, but what made our stay so good was the amazing staff! Particularly Marlboro - he was so accommodating, helpful and kind to us as we didn’t know any Chinese. He personally contacted me when the Canton Fair Shuttle Bus was ready, and was always available to answer my questions quickly. He even upgraded our room at the end of our stay which we were incredibly thankful for. Thank you Marlboro and team for making our first trip to China so amazing. We will definitely be back!

Great value hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Convenient location close to Foshan West high speed railway station. The local area has shops, restaurants etc. within walking distance.

The Hotel Manager was good and helped me by offering hotel gadget so that I can use it for my official purpose . The staff was polite and kind . The offered me Vegan food

Rooms were very spacious. We stayed 10 nights, everyndaynwe received fresh towels. Toiletries were replenished daily and Water and complimentary (soft) drinks as well. Good buffet breakfast with a lot of choice. Very close to subway station line 12 and a mall with supermarket, bakery, starbucks and lots of local eating options.
