Great location , Very Clean , Nice Staff

The hotel amenities, its location and the hotel food were really good. Metro station is nearby to get to most of major attractions. Customer service was exceptional with reception.

Room space, location, cleanness.

Highly recommended for Muslim traveller. There is a mosque just a few steps away from the hotel. Muslim Halal food also available. Convenient shop and massage shop also nearby. Only 4-5km away from the attraction in beijing. The hotel staff also speak english. The room was big and very clean.

The rooms are incredible, even if some of the furniture has been used I still think it has some of the most beautiful rooms in Hotels that I have seen.

The location is just about 2 minutes walking to the famous wangfujing street, and it is also about 15 to 20 minutes walking to Tiananmen Square. There are a lot of restaurants in the near neighborhood. The room is big, clean, and comfortable, it is some kind of luxury, I love it. The people who work in the hotel are not only highly professional but also really nice, kind, and friendly, and they are ready to help the customers any time they need. Since I traveled from Switzerland to beijing, they organized to let me to check in earlier because I mentioned my feet ware painful, then I had to check out 3 days earlier as I had booked and I could not communicate with Booking.com by myself, the receptionist Ms. Megan offered to help me, and she negotiated with booking.com, and I was able to get the refund of 3 nights left. Then I had a fedex mail that arrived 5 days after I left the hotel, then Mr. Leon Luo in the hotel had orgnized to accept for me and then Mr. Mason had booked another carrier today to send my mail to my sister in Hunan, and I have just come back again yesterday in Switzerland. I want to say: thank you to all the staff in hotel, I want to give special thanks to Megan, Leon and Mason, I would for sure choose Hilton hotel again when I am back in Beijing, and also would put Hilton hotel as my priority choice if I travel to other cities too. So I highly recommend the Wangfujing Hilton hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was truly pleasant and relaxing. The hotel has been recently renovated, which added a fresh and modern feel to the experience. What made it even more special was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff — they were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The hospitality we received was genuinely heartwarming. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is not very central but on a 30-minute walk to most of the major sightseeing spots.. The rooms are big and spotlessly clean.

Room was as advertised, very clean with good attention to detail. The inclusive breakfast had a wide variety of choices so there was something for everybody. Staff service was amazing, James Gao Xu went above and beyond what was expected. He even helped with finding flight information and coming to the airport (5 minute walk) to help pickup a family member and carry our luggage. Highly recommend the hotel and staff, especially as it is so close to the airport. Will definitely be staying again.

The hotel is excellent, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. In Europe, you'd have to pay at least three times as much for this level of comfort. Breakfast was also very good, offering a wide selection of dishes

Everything about this hotel was perfect. It had everything that we needed and more. There was a wine bar that had some of the most delicious drops from around the world and there was also a separate cocktail bar with live music on certain evenings. Breakfast buffet was great. The attention to detail by the room cleaners was second to none. All the staff was helpful. Location was convenient to our itinerary and there was a small shopping mall connected directly to the hotel. The gym facility was first-class and there was sauna, spa and pool for relaxation during our stay. The room was very spacious. And last but not least, there was a large sink to wash clothes and clothes line to hang the washing across the bath tub.

I needed a hotel for one night near the aiport where I needed to check in early in the moring. This hotel was very suitable. The hotel provided a shuttle bus service to the airport. Even though the journey took only five minutes, the service was very welcome because I was unfamiliar with the area (normally I would have walked) and it was very cold that morning. The staff very friendly and competent.

Beijing hotel has a very interesting history.

Great beds and bathroom. Quite, we didn’t see many other guests. Had de pool, gym and sauna to ourselves when they opened at 9am

The location in the Hutong is such a wonderful way to experience Beijing within a local community in the heart of the city centre with the true flavour of antiquity. The fooftop garden makes for a wonderful oasis and place to relax away from the hustle of downtown and the welcome offered by the host was amazing. The hotel is spotless and the rooms come with wonderful showers.
