Housekeeping were great, and front desk staff were also friendly and happy to help. Really good place to stay! Local and easy to connect to other major subway lines.

The location, the service from the staff, the spacious rooms, the Christmas decoration. Generally everything!

The stuff is very helpful and very friendly. The gym ist amazing with the latest gym equipments. The swimming pool has an amazing view over the skyline of Beijing. For me it was my favorite hotel over a 3 weeks travel in different corners of of Beijing. The breakfast is divers and the bar and the bar keeper are super friendly. Really an amazing experience, the room even had a washing machine, so we could wash our stuff from a 3 weeks travel. The hotel is well located.

Great to have a Supermart/ Fruit-shop attached to it.

Incredible location, great hotel

The room service food wasn’t great and none of the staff spoke english. Everything else was wonderful.

It was basically perfect honestly, the facilities were great. For a family of 3 we were provided such a spacious room with a sofa and lovely view. The location was great being surrounded by so many pleasant streets, shopping places and restaurants. The staff were very nice and were always trying to be as helpful as possible. And of course, I can’t forget about the breakfast which provided traditional food, regular buffet food and offered a very cheap price for its delicious food. Along with all this, the hotel had so many other restaurants in it including fine dining.

The hotel is not very central but on a 30-minute walk to most of the major sightseeing spots.. The rooms are big and spotlessly clean.

Facility and how close it is to the airport

Super comfortable, big room, toiletteries, bath robe and slippers for kids 😊 Outdoor playground, excellent sport, pool and spa facilities. Connected to a shopping mall, walking distance to underground station and plenty of stores. Our concierge Melinda really went the extra mile. Thank you! Just fyi to be prepared: children over 3 y.o. are only allowed in their relevant gender change rooms to the pool; as my 6 y.o. son had to go through on his own, the staff was really helpful

Staff was impeccable from the very first minute at the hotel. Location was beautiful as its located at the old part of Beijing and it makes you feel totally out of the chaos and noise. The hotel and the rooms are stunning, perfectly gives you the feeling of a 5 stars hotel. If we go back, we will definitely repeat and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Beijing hotel has a very interesting history.

The location was excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station and also one of the main streets with lots of shops and restaurants. Our room was bigger than expected with amazing views to the main road and top of Tiananmen Square. All the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. It's been an extremely enjoyable stay!

The location in the Hutong is such a wonderful way to experience Beijing within a local community in the heart of the city centre with the true flavour of antiquity. The fooftop garden makes for a wonderful oasis and place to relax away from the hustle of downtown and the welcome offered by the host was amazing. The hotel is spotless and the rooms come with wonderful showers.

The facilities are advanced, the rooms are comfortable, the front desk service is excellent, and the security guards at the elevator area offer proactive services.
