The staff's attention was exceptional, especially a young man who worked at the concierge desk, Andry or Harry, I've forgotten his name at the moment. The hotel was spectacular, with a marvelous breakfast. I highly recommend staying there!

The location made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city on foot or access transport when needed. The room was one of the highlights of our stay. It was exceptionally spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Another feature we loved was the convenience of ordering food delivery and having it brought directly to our room by a service robot — a fun and efficient touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. All the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and willing to help. We would especially like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Hank Yan, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He assisted us with transport bookings, patiently showed us how to use various apps for food delivery, and helped with any questions we had. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference to our experience. We felt very well supported and free from the usual travel hassles thanks to his assistance. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. We would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

A daylight-filled heated indoor pool is connected to a garden. The place is really good, staff was helpful and always present. The room was absolutely clean and well kept. The least noisy of all the hotels we experienced in Beijing. The bathroom had actual doors that could be closed. Possibly some of the best elevators I have experienced, with an average wait time of less than 10 seconds. Also they offer (kinda pricey) SPA services until 2am in the morning.

Her and her family are so lovely! She and her husband cooks the most amazing food and he dropped us right at the entrance! They were very helpful towards my family member with mobility needs. Highly recommended for a peaceful, authentic stay!
