Absolutely fantastic, the cabins are lovely, bed comfy and the owners first class. The restaurant has great food and is brilliant value. We sat out the front of our cabin and watched toucans flying in and out of the trees! Howler monkeys in the background. Breakfast was an added bonus. Brilliant value for money, we would have paid more. We could have easily spent a few days just sitting watching the wildlife in really comfortable surroundings.

We got a room upgrade to a suite which was lovely. Dinner was good, although the entire hotel was very quiet as there were very few guests. Breakfast was ok....nothing special.

From the very beginning, communication was very easy, and they were proactive in responding. Pablo welcomed us warmly, the house is large and beautiful, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We loved it, and it was very convenient for going to La Pavona to catch the boat to Tortuguero. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
