Staff were all lovely, rooms exceeded our expectations. Using uber with the designated pickup point right outside the hotel gave us easy access to all the attractions. Pool and hot tub were excellent and the games room was a lovely touch and gave us something nice to do in our down time. Good breakfast and affordable, animals on site were a fun bonus! Saw an unexpectedly good number of wildlife from the hotel itself.

Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations - I can’t speak highly enough of it! It was truly stunning and we had such a fantastic time! The staff, especially Alfonso who was super lovely and helpful, were extremely polite, friendly, and gave us the best tips for our stay. The view from the room was stunning and the noises from the rainforest were out of this world. The location was brilliant, close to Fortuna waterfalls, the hot springs and only a short journey to the hanging bridges. The pool was beautiful and we were surrounded by beautiful foliage, butterflies and birds - including hummingbirds! Soda Tita Rosa was just down the road for lunch and dinners which was so convenient and delicious. The breakfast was a 2 minute walk away and was in a breathtaking location surrounded by rainforest - plus the food was delicious every time and the staff were delightful. Thank you so much for being part of our trip of a lifetime and making it extra special! Jo and David from UK

The hotel itself is lovely but the staff really stood out. They were solicitous, friendly and helpful. Tatiana and Rolando demonstrated exceptional hospitality! The layout is also incredibly peaceful, nestled in the natural surroundings. We saw several animals right onsite, including sloths, Jesus lizards, and tree frogs. The facilities and amenities were also great. The pool, hot tubs, restaurant, and nature trails were great. The beds were comfortable and it was very peaceful at night for sleeping.

Leonardo, the manager, is one of the kindest people we've ever met. He went above and beyond to make everything possible that we asked for or wished for. Whether it was letting us leave our luggage at the reception early or arranging an early check-in, he was always incredibly helpful and accommodating. He also gave us great tips on when and where to go, which helped us make the most of our stay. His frog night walk is truly one of a kind. We saw many different species, and Leonardo told us so much about all the animals we encountered—not just the frogs. It was a fantastic experience. The breakfast was always delicious. You can choose between a typical Costa Rican breakfast and pancakes, and everything was freshly prepared to order. Leonardo also made an effort to vary the fruits served alongside, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Everything worked perfectly, and housekeeping was always available when needed. The pool was also nice and clean. When we had a medical emergency during our stay, Leonardo went far beyond what we could have expected. He offered us his help, support, and complete flexibility and made a difficult situation much easier for us. Overall, we can hardly imagine having had a better stay in La Fortuna. Leonardo's kindness, hospitality, and willingness to help truly made our stay special. We would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

It is one of the best hostels visited in my life. The bar is high rised now. It has everything what you need and in a classy way, staff was very friendly, all amenities worked well, pool is cool, bar is working, all good. And they can offer you different kind of rooms.
