We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, quiet, and recently renovated, with everything we needed, beautiful furniture and a very nice design. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, which made our stay even better. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything in Latchi. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We arrived late, and they assisted us with making the booking online, helped us find parking, and were just full of positive energy. Their support really made a difference. This has been the best place I’ve stayed in Latchi so far, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view from our balcony as well as from the pool. The owners were very friendly, kind and sympathic. Breakfast was also good! We enjoyed our stay very much!

This is a lovely hotel situated in the small village of Droushia north of Paphos, near Akamas. It was very clean, it has a nice view, it serves a good breakfast and the staff is very friendly.

Excellent place, very close to city center. We asked for a late check out which was granted immediately which was very helpful. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The Sauna was exceptional and very clean. The pool was very nice (room temperature). In the room there was an extra towel to use for the Sauna and pool. The room was big and bright with a balcony. There was a small stocked kitchenette in which we could cook some food (also coffee machine with provided coffee capsules) and there was a kettle and a toaster. It was a very refreshing stay and would 100% book again.

I really liked the hotel room itself. The conditions are very comfortable — there’s a fridge, air conditioner, cutlery and everything you need is already prepared and ready to use.

Nice breakfast, pool and close to the sea

Did exactly what we needed, nice to get away with 2 kids, it was safe, clean and close to everything. Highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious enough, quiet, and featured a large, comfortable bed. The location was conveniently situated, not too far from Latsi beaches and the port, and close enough to walk to the supermarket and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the sunset, and stargazing at night.

The location of this charming historic property in the centre of Polis was ideal for our requirements, and close by to the historic centre of the town with its varied selection of restaurants and cafes. The host was a delight to deal with......and the freshly back soda bread loaf, in addition to the home baked range cake was a pleasant and welcome surprise!!.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The owner was so lovely, and it was easy to walk to the town square for dinner and to get to the port to do a blue lagoon trip.

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet area. Very well equipped. Comfy beds. Pool is very nice and clean. Sea is a short walk away, however if you are looking for a official beach it may need a quick ride in the car.

Wonderful Stay at the First Eco-Villa in Polis Chrysochous, Cyprus (12.8.24 - 18.8.24) We recently stayed at the First Eco-Villa in Polis Chrysochous, Cyprus, from August 12th to 18th, 2024, and had an absolutely delightful experience. The villa is brand new and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The house was impeccably clean, featuring a modern open kitchen and comfortable beds. What stood out to us were the numerous thoughtful details throughout the villa, all with a focus on eco-friendly design and equipment. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic swimming pool. It’s equipped with special features like a rainfall shower and jacuzzi, and the beautiful poolside furniture made it an ideal spot to relax. The pool area also includes a well-equipped sitting area, grill, cooking facilities, and convenient showers and toilets. We truly enjoyed spending time in this space. A special mention must go to our hosts, Simona Pana and Virgil Zettel. Simona, in particular, was always attentive and eager to assist with anything we needed, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. She is a wonderful person who made us feel incredibly welcome and took care of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. This is a place we will certainly visit again without hesitation. We highly recommend it!

Well, it's a fantastic place. I can only rate this place a 10, but I'd gladly give it a 12 or higher. I agree with the reviews below: the villa is worth the price, comfortable, clean, full of character, with all the amenities you could want and more, and the hosts are fantastic. I fully recommend this place. Moreover, the area is beautiful and uncrowded, making it a great base for exploring northwestern Cyprus. Simply fantastic. Thank you.
