Bellini Hotel is well located in Ayia Napa. It is walking distance to the shops, restaurants, clubs and bars, as well as Nissi Beach and the harbour. The bus stop is close by too. It's also off the main street so the location is quieter than many other hotels. I found the staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, snack bar and restaurant. The room was clean, air-conditioned and modern. It included a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, stove top and TV.

Wonderful hotel, in a lovely peaceful location , very friendly and welcoming staff , the beach is great as well as the swimming pool & other facilities.
The breakfast was quite good , with a large variety of food and drinks offered plus the service is professional , warm and courteous. Very nicely designed rooms with beautiful sea and pool views, the outdoor areas are wonderful , with a lot of greenery , vast spaces and many places to sit or lay on the sunbeds…

A small hotel that has absolutely everything. Outdoor swimming pool, private access to the beach (hotel sunbeds are on it), 20-30m to the sandy beach, where you can find a lot of city sunbeds and umbrellas for only 2.5€ each. The cleanliness was perfect. Breakfast of choice for everyone.

We had a spacious, clean room. The buffet was a good choice, each night offering something different. Our toddler liked the Lion character who greets them at every meal time. We booked to eat at the Asian restauraunt and also the Greek. Both were lovely. Poolside food/snacks were always hot/fresh.
The swimming pool is a good size and our 2 year old loved the pirate ship with little water slides!

The hotel is beautiful, amazing swimming pool very nice done with waterfalls. Short walk to the harbour and not too close to the noicy night life of Aya Napa.

The Villa was very spacious, the location to the beach, shops and restaurants was excellent. The host was very friendly and very helpful. The facilities ie the swimming pool, the hot tub, the pool table and table tennis were excellent.

The villa is a top accommodation! We went with 2 families, 2 small and 3 older children (teenagers) and 4 adults. The host (Maria) was super nice and very helpful. She ensured that we lacked nothing during our stay, even up to our last day of departure. The outdoor dining table is super cozy for breakfast or dinner. The swimming pool completes the villa for wonderful relaxation. There are enough rooms and bathrooms.
