IsraelIt was very spacious and light with several windows. Very clean and well equipped with extras such as plug adapters for EU plugs, washing machine. Bed was very comfortable but pillows could do with upgrading. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and we were able to stay until our 21.30 departure for only 15€. This was a great help. Numerous pools were very clean. We were there early in the season so not sure how busy/noisy it can get. It is a mile from the harbour and can be walked in 20 mins though there are buses.

CroatiaCheck in/out process painless, we even forgot to provide details to reception until two days later as we got the keys from the key box close to the apartment door. Even then, not a bad face or mood from Reception staff. We received a bigger apartment than we booked, it was welcome but not needed (we would have preferred an apartment with more sun hours in the terrace). Pools were well cared for, and overall the complex is clean and tidy. We also got a clean set of towels in the middle of the stay, which we didn't expect as the property book didn't say anything about it. Parking was possible inside the property and under the apartment without any issues, which eases up while renting a car. Rentals are well worth in Cyprus, parking is relatively easy everywhere and you will need it for shopping. Closest supermarket (not convenience store) is about 10 mins walking, less than 2 mins away by car and you got 3 supermarkets to choose from.

Very nice and quiet place with separated pools for each blocks. We also received a nice welcome pack including a bottle of wine, coffees, teas, etc.
