Place is quite and everything looks clean and new. In my room was nice balcony. Bathroom is a masterpiece:) Very lovely.

This hotel is a special gem in Larnaca. I never stay anywhere else but here since it was opened few years ago. Staff, facilities, proximity to old town and great restaurant make it a rare pearl in the city. You notice once you enter that the hotel is special-beautiful smell all around, its design, incredible open yard where you can have open door breakfast, beautiful swimming at rooftop is what you do not expect when entering but it adds to its luxury feeling with treatment by staff like you are at home. Particularly comfortable beds, super great cleaning by Nina who smiles each time you pass the coridor. Restaurant deserves special mention in terms of food but particularly for staff: Milan, Elena and others who make you feel special with service that is rarily found in the best hotels in Europe. I stayed in this hotel since its opening and every time it makes my heart melt. The receptionist deserve special thanks as she helped me with some personal requests that she was not bound to but did all to make all work. When you stay here you want to book for next year immediately and you have to do it fast as it is always fully booked!

Nice amenities, perfect flat not far from city center and beach

Great hotel, daily cleaning and adding water. The staff was smug. I have celiac disease and the restaurant prepared gluten-free bread for me, I have never encountered such familiarity. We are very satisfied, if there will be an opportunity to return to Cyprus, then certainly in this hotel

It was a pleasure to spend few days in this apartment. There was everything you needed and even more. The hosts are wonderful! They answered all questions very quickly. I would love to visit this place again.

Hello, I'm from Syria. I received excellent treatment at the hotel. A man I think was the manager, who was from Albania 🇦🇱, was very kind to me. Another man who worked there, who seemed to be from Asia, gave me a charger to charge his. They were all very nice. 😅🇸🇾 I also met some people there from Israel 🇮🇱. Being Syrian, we chatted a bit and exchanged opinions.

A lot of small amenities making the stay really great. Easy contact and access to the flat, a lot of restaurants nearby.

Fantastic stay! We visited Lokàl Boutique Hotel for just a day, and we wish we could stay for the entire week, since we were pleasantly surprised in so many ways! Our room was of a great size, with modern amenities, hot water throughout the day and very clean. The staff were knowledgeable and happy to support us with our requests. The design of these two buildings is just great - it’s an amazing project preserving the old next to the new - very rare found in Cyprus and such an architectural gem for Larnaca. We would recommend this place for couples & friends. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful modern apartment in a perfect location in Larnaca. It's in a gated residential development and is very safe. Very spacious, fabulous large terrace with great facilities. Just a 5 minute walk to the old town in one direction, and the same to the beach front in the other. Very friendly welcome and keys handed over in person. We also found a good supermarket just 10 minutes walk away that had a good selection and was reasonably priced. Would wholly recommend.

Very nice, clean, fresh and modern apartment. Definetely we will be back. Only best recommendations :) Pool area is clean as well. There is a parking too free of charge. Amazing stay.

A very spacious and newly renovated apartment. It has everything you need: a washing machine, dishwasher, and stove. There’s a large balcony, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The apartment has access to a swimming pool, but you need to ask the owners for directions, as it’s located a few houses away. Apartment is about a 15-minute walk to Finikoudes Beach. The owners are very kind — they always reply and check if everything is okay. One small downside is that, for longer stays (as is common everywhere), it would be nice if shampoo and shower gel were provided. Overall, I highly recommend this place — you’ll definitely want to come back! ☺️👌🏼

The service from start to finish was exceptional, the location is ideal for the main part of town, the beach and main arterial road. The apartment is very modern with a large balcony and the cleanliness was second to none.

Wonderful apartment, highly recommend! We had a great time here. The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything. The apartment itself is well-equipped and comfortable. On top of that, the communication was super – the host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a really big and very well equipped flat. We felt like at home. All the needed things were at hand. Many towels, beach towels and sun-beds as well, every kind of stuff in the kitchen, cleaning sprays, mops and cloths for every need. Some food like salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea, coffee and so on. Full size kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and even frappe and smoothie machines. The balcony is huge, we spent evenings there. The beach is not far, a little walk. The street is quiet. We never had problems with parking. Everything is clean. The rooms are air-conditioned. The host is very helpful and answers quickly. We will come back for sure.

The location was great. It was a 10-minute walk to the beach. There was a pool on the top floor, which was perfect for kids. The room had everything we needed. There were many restaurants around the apartment, and we used delivery.

Very nice location with beautiful sea view from the roof top where the swimming pool is located. Large terrase is perfect for breakfasts and connects all the rooms and kitchen. Kitchen is well equipt, we had everything what we needed for 4 adoults. 5 mins walk to the centre, 7 mins to the sea side with all restaurants and bars. Easy access to the salt lake also and well organised communication with owners.

Superb location. Nice pool on the roof. Good breakfast. And very friendly staff. Our room was so spacious and perfect for 5 night stay.

Perfect location on the beach promenade. Spacious and very clean room with a nice view. Very friendly and competent staff. Fantastic breakfast as of 7AM which is great if you are up early.
