We’ve been enjoying the hotel and their amazing stuff from the very first moment of our arrival. We’ve got help to place our car in the garage and been followed up to the reception. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite from 3 persons room. It was a real nice gesture from the hotel as we’ve got much more place for us. The suite was spacious, elegant and comfortable. The beds rather fast, but we slept great on them. I was glad to have an iron and the ironing board in the wardrobe as we were going to the concert and I would like to iron my gown. The hotel has been also such an unique experience thanks to it’s newly beautiful renovation. The stunning hall with columns and staircases and the breakfast room are breathtaking! The breakfast was delicious - especially all the pastries. The location is also perfect and close to the downtown and all the sightseeing spots. It’s also only few minutes walking from the Festspielhaus. I would like to say my special THANKS to Criston from the Front Office for his quick and kind help when I accidentally hit my head on a door. He immediately brought me ice and a napkin, which helped me to avoid showing up at the concert with a bruise on my face. My sincere gratitude!

Dejligt hotel, gode senge og puder, fin pool og 3 x sauna. Ok beliggenhed, vi havde el-cykler som var helt perfekt. P-plads og kælder ved hotellet. Fantastisk service og personale. Det eneste er hotellet mangler lidt charme udefra, men det betyder ikke noget
