I really like the food for the dinner in the restaurant. The local beer is also draft and lovely. I highly recommend the stay here. It is a calm place ideal for a nice rest after a long day.

Beautiful place in nature. Very relaxing and private. Everything was clean and the host was kind and spoke very good English. Fine little kitchen with what you need. Toilet and shower was clean! If I need to stay in the area again, I will definitely come back to this place.

Pool very nice (we used the indoor one, but they also have two outdoor ones!). Staff very friendly and accommodating - hotel does not have a “Ruhetag” (important as the location, while lovely, is rather remote) but has a more restricted menu & hours one day a week instead. We were there on this day, but there was still sufficient choice and the waitress prepared some ice cream for us after the kitchen had closed, despite being very busy.

Surrounded by forest, this country-style hotel offers a peaceful location on the outskirts of Steinwiesen.

Their restaurant is perfect. You can get their special cuisine at about 16 euros. It is good and it is large as giant food. The pork tastes amazing! And I like the room it’s clean and comfortable! And nice beer of course 🍺
