Really quite place , pretty close to Friedrichshafen, (10 minuts by car). Suitable also if you travel by motorbike with reserved parking lot. The apartment is on ground floor so easy to access also with luggage. the apartment was really clean and well manteined.

The property was very nice and clean.

As i was visiting for a fair in Friedrichshafen it looked like this location was not on the way for everybody else which means no slow traffic and crowds when heading there and back. Location was very nice with great view and surroundings, clean air and peace and quiet. Pool was good to workout a bit after a long day walking. Check in info was very clear and understandable, host were available for any issues.There is a dedicated parking place.Not so much local offering as far as the restaurants and bars go, but with car you are close to some.Place was very clean and nicely eqipped with amenities.

What impressed me the most was the outstanding professionalism and kindness of the entire hotel staff. Everyone was genuinely helpful and pleasant, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attentiveness added so much to the overall experience. Equally remarkable was the hotel owner, whose dedication was evident throughout my stay. I saw firsthand how involved they were, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly and every guest felt special. The location was wonderful for my type of holiday. I loved the peace and quiet of this area and didn’t mind the short walk to the bus stop. The views from the balcony were exceptional. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need and the lounge area was bright and comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and answered my questions promptly.
