The hotel was generally very pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It had good facilities.

The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The parking was available on site. Electric vehicle charging option was very convenient and the price was reasonable (if remember correctly 40 cents/kWh). Although the site listed latest check in at 21:30, we made a call and there was someone to greet us even after 22h. The hotel is not super modern in looks, but most important, it was very clean. Our daughter enjoyed the pools a lot. I can only recommend this place and we will keep it as our first choice next time we will be on our journey from Benelux to Adriatic.

The staff was really friendly, we have got very nice welcome. The room was clear and comfortable . The breakfast was copious and delicious, we loved it very much. The whole hotel was perfect for us. We will come back i ak sure

It was close to Austria and convenient for an overnight stop on our way from the UK. In our 50s, we were the youngest people staying at the hotel (that we saw), which clearly caters for elderly coach tours. These lovely German pensioners were being 'entertained' with live music in the evening. Thankfully, our room was far enough not to be disturbed.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The all‑inclusive service made everything effortless, and the entire place was beautifully clean, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. The owner’s warmth and kindness truly stood out — speaking several languages with ease and making every guest feel at home. The food was another highlight: incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care. The location couldn’t be more perfect, offering both comfort and convenience. I left with wonderful memories and am already looking forward to visiting again. A place that truly stays with you.

Amazing apartment . We didn't even expect that the child would have a separate small room with a full single bed. The Bath inside in Hotel, included in the room rate. Breakfast can be ordered at the hotel, which costs 12€. On the territory hotel has a restaurant "Fazan" which serves wonderful dishes. we will come back to you again. Thank you for your service :)

The apartment is very clean indeed. And we also enjoyed the swimming pools.

Great facilities professional staff extremely helpful and welcoming

The Cristal Cave and the Salt Cave were the top special rooms which make this very good Hotel special.

Location is very good! And very peaceful around 5 min to walk in town! The renovated room is amazing! Ac, balcony, bathroom, bed! And the most important, hotel staff! Very friendly and easy to communicate in English!

The 2 pools, fitness studio , spa lounge, hotel's location and merely the fact that we can stay all day long in the hotel and still can enjoy all the amenities it has. The breakfast was rich and very satisfying. The room was not that cozy, not that huge but was big enough for our needs. It is well ventilated in the toilet and the bedroom itself. I like their vintagy art of decorating the hotel. The personal is not intimidating friendly, approachable and attentive. Everyone's doing a good job. There is also a parking space available for free. I guess there is too much more to say but some things you have to see and experience for yourself. As always, we know all of these are God's loving provision and so we give Him the glory and thanks for it. P. S. We can always find something to criticize if we want to & definitely the hotel is not perfect. We choose to look past on things to criticize because they are tolerable. ''But godliness with contentment is a great gain. ''

Great however, you have a long walk for your meal when you have your meals included (seating area). Food was buffet, some of the prepared food was not warm anymore. Large selection of salad, main course and excellent desserts. Wellness area’s exceptional outside pool super. Room large however the toilet to small recommend a sliding door would be better.
