Hotels with Pools in Hedehusene

We had a wonderful time, we were very well looked after by the staff and the facilities were excellent. The pools and sauna were great as was the breakfast. The dumplings from the bar near the pool were exceptionally good.

Great location adjacent to the Tivoli gardens. The front desk staff are exceptional. Friendly but professional. This theme is carried on with the guys working the roof top pool areas.

We were on holiday as a group of girls, we had a SPA party and a holiday in this wonderful hotel. We liked absolutely everything. In the evening we relaxed in the SPA area and the interior and sauna and pool are some of the best in Copenhagen. Huge thanks to the employee of the SPA center Olga for the excellent service, attention to detail and help in all matters thanks to her attitude to our group we were very delighted with the hotel and will come back here again. In the evening we went up to the bar restaurant on the roof and our surprise knew no bounds chef Karoline Maraka presented us with her dishes. Everything that she brought us and recommended caused a storm of taste buds. I definitely recommend visiting the rooftop restaurant, and our whole group sincerely thanks Caroline and the bar staff and we will come again more than once to enjoy these exquisite dishes.

Esthetics and pool, amazing breakfast

This hotel had such a lovely atmosphere! It was nice and quiet during the night, the staff were all lovely and helpful, the pool & sauna were so nice and the room had everything you could need for your trip. The breakfast is so worth it as well, lots of variety!

We liked the pool and the beds were really comfy and spacious, Games room was great and beer prices excellent.

We stayed at the Tivoli Hotel for our first trip to Copenhagen, travelling as a mum and her six-year-old son. Unfortunately, our journey got off to a terrible start. Flight delays meant we missed our connection, arrived in Copenhagen much later than planned and, to top it all off, our suitcase didn’t arrive. We arrived at the hotel close to midnight, exhausted, upset and with nothing but the clothes we were wearing. This is where I really want to recognise Alexius, who checked us in that evening. I was so overwhelmed that I actually burst into tears at reception, but he was incredibly kind, patient and reassuring. He provided us with toothbrushes, helped us work out where to buy essentials the following morning, checked whether we needed any medication from a pharmacy and even brought robes and extra blankets up to our room so we had something comfortable to wear and wouldn’t be cold. He went above and beyond without ever being intrusive. His kindness made an incredibly stressful evening so much easier, and it genuinely meant a lot to us. My son even commented afterwards that Alexius had been so nice to Mummy when she was crying, and kept asking if we could go and see him again! It’s easy to underestimate the impact of small acts of kindness, but we won’t forget how he treated us. Beyond that, the hotel itself was excellent. Our room was lovely, breakfast was fantastic, the pool was a real bonus and the room service burger was delicious! All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to Alexius and the wider team. You helped turn what could have been a really upsetting start to our first trip together into a much happier experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Pool facilities, homely studio rooms and excellent toiletries

Beautiful gem with scenic views. Cozy, clean, comfortable room with heated bathroom floor. Loved the cold pool dip and sauna afterward. Bjorg is a great down to earth host, very accommodating and friendly. 100% recommend this stunning luxury staycation.
