Recently renovated, it boasts excellent amenities and is incredibly well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The crown jewel of this condo is undoubtedly its expansive terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the ocean. Complete with lounge chairs, a large dining table, and a spacious sectional sofa, it provided the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. What makes this property truly unique is its prime location and orientation. Situated right on Kitebeach, with all the kite schools and restaurants just a stone's throw away, it's the only property in the area that also enjoys natural protection from the wind due to its unique shoreline orientation. This makes it an ideal choice for both kite enthusiasts and those seeking a tranquil beach experience. Moreover, the condo is incredibly family-friendly with a warm community vibe. The husband/wife team of hosts are just SO helpful. I arrived on a bus and accidentally got off at the wrong bus station and the Babette walked me through where I was on video chat, and helped me right through the situation. Every time I had a question or concern (including things unrelated to the property) they helped me. You really couldn't ask for more from the hosts.
