Everything! Location, history, fabulous rooms, great pool, nice spa, and staff went beyond their duties in helpfulness and kindness, especially Fariouz in reception. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and other dining options as well. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. 😀

My recent stay at The Zen Wellness was exceptional, with impeccable service, outstanding food, and top-notch spa amenities that made my experience truly unforgettable The buffet breakfast has variety of food options, i never struggled to enjoy a good meal for breakfast also the set menu of dinner was AMAZING especially the location overlooking to river Nile . We had made 3 separate bookings at this hotel, due to different available rooms and a night in between in Abu Simbel. I want to make 3 seperate reviews and 3 good ones. Because they deserve it. Firstly, it's a nice hotel with a shared living room/kitchen/pool/rooftop terrace. The view is amaaaazing. You have got everything you'd need and more. But the best, the most amazing thing and the reason they deserve all the good reviews, are the people. Our host Hares was so calm and friendly and suuuper helpful. He took care of everything, from arranging transport to ordering food and he is such a nice person overall, we had some great talks! Then the owner, well, I got really sick one day (allergy) and (also with help from Hares) he basically saved me and guided us the whole afternoon in the hospital, made sure I got the care I needed. He is the most caring person there is. This for us was amazing and even though we had a very tough moment during our stay, these people make it one of the best memories we have from Egypt.

This is very nice and cozy place on left bank of Nile in Aswan. The breakfast and dinner is very good, staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and had anti-mosquitoes liquids and nets. Frankly speaking, this service is MUCH better than in other Egypt regions.

the staff is extremely helpful and they know their customers very well. i reached that lovely hotel early morning in a busy season and i was surprised that the best room was ready waiting for me. they noticed my trend that i reach very early and they accommodated me immediately. the reception team are amazing with their smiles and helpfulness. the follow up and reservation team are closely looking for your satisfaction. mentioning the efforts if room service team, no hotel would success without exerted efforts like that. great stay and will never change that hotel during my regular visit to Aswan.
