Beautiful location in the mountains. Quiet. Great food and service.

A luxurious few days of rest and relaxation as a treat to myself. Enjoyed local walks, photography and sketching, and my daily late afternoon swim and drying off on the comfortable Sun lounger. Also enjoyed the views and sunsets from my balcony, and the church bells

Stunning location with expansive mountain and sky views. Fabulous sunrise, sunset and starlit skies. Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to the suite which was a nice touch. Excellent dining and bar area. Inside and outside options. Francisco was a first class host and nothing was too much trouble. His evening meal was delicious. Although it was closed the pool and pool area look as if they are a nice addition.

Chalet is absolutely perfect, good location, stunning view to mountains, nice staff and great price. We even had a little heater prepared inside and it was turned on, so it was warm inside when we arrived. We received all information we needed in advance. Would definitely recommend.

The best place to stay in Spain.

It's a quaint little house with a lovely garden and terrace, both with fabulous views. It's ideally situated for bars, a supermarket and artisan shops.The walks around here are so scenic and interesting.

The house is beautiful and being high up in the village meant that we had a super view over the mountains. The terrace is lovely for breakfast in the morning and the salt water pool is amazing.

The views are amazing and it was very peaceful and quiet.

This rural townhouse is a beautiful place to go to enjoy the beautiful Alpujarras mountains, in all seasons. We were here in mid February, and due to the hard winds and cold temperature (an the fact we come with our 2 yo) we had to stay more inside La Casa La Pizarra than planned, but this was no punishment! The heaters kept us warm in all areas, and the fireplace gave us that little extra winter cosiness one finds in romantic movies. Situated between Pampaneira and Capileira, it's a perfect location. Beds were nicely firm, bathroom large, comfortable and clean, and kitchen was equipped as if someone is actually expected to use it (which is often not the case!)- and we did. The weather permitted us even to have a lunch on one of the terraces with amazing mountain/valley views. We love the area, and in the future when we come back, we will definitely stay in this lovely place.

Gorgeous apartment. Very spacious with great facilities. Lovely location on the edge of Bubion - the least touristy of the three villages in this part of the high Alpujarras. Brilliant stay.

A beautifully appointed ground floor apartment. Exceptionally clean. Contains everything you need to enjoy your stay. The complex is very quiet, as is the pool area. Close to the main street in Bubión so easy access to all its amenities. Maria Dolores was super helpful and friendly. Bubión and the villages of Pampaniera & Capiliera are set in a stunning valley, so the views are fabulous.

The place is fabulous. Everyone is dying to go and stay in Pampaneira, but it's not worth it because it's more expensive, and Bubion is an eight-minute drive away and a few meters away on a good hiking trail. The house couldn't be more ideal, with multiple spaces to have a great time, fully equipped, and with super cute structural and decorative details.

The hosts Tom and Christine were just incredible, amazing views and great pool. Just next to the start of hiking trails! Perfect for relaxing as well! We will be back.

The bed was fantastic and the terrace was great for afternoon sun.

A cosy, comfortable apartment. The apartment was spotless on arrival and had plenty of features to create a nice stay (particularly extra blankets). One positive is the location - perfect for those hiking around the Sierra Nevada as you’re split in between the valleys. Local restaurants and bars were fantastic.

The apartment was well-equipped and everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The terrace was perfect, with a gentle breeze on a hot day and well-equipped to eat all your meals out there. There were always parking spaces right outside during our stay, which made life easy. The host greeted us with a lovely big bag of cherries - they were delicious!
