Rose the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, we felt happy and welcomed once we met her. Rose made the check inn ver easy and a wonderful experience. Rose explained to us all about Alhambra palace and she gave us a good recommendations on a flamengo dancing to watch and she booked it immediatly. The breakfast was excellent and the ingredinets were very well picked and with high standards. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. The rooms were very quite and clean. The beds were comfortable. Alhambra palace is a few walking steps from the hotels. I will definetly comeback again!

The hotel is excellent, with high-quality service and exceptional attention to guests. The first room we were checked into had a smell of tobacco; it seems that a previous guest had smoked in the room despite the prohibition. However, the reception team responded immediately to our complaint and provided a replacement room. We have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. We enjoyed everything :)

We booked into this hotel as it was close to the music venue “el tren” and we were attending a gig there which we could walk to….the room was very spacious and lovely and clean and was very quiet, was lovely hearing the peacocks the following day which were in the grounds of a local property, the cafe and restaurants were lovely and opened all day.

The entire building was fantastic. The rooms were amazing and the sitting area was really beautiful too.

Bar + Reception Staff friendliness

The hotel offered nothing particularly exceptional or outstanding, but it provided the essentials. The room consisted of a bed, a nightstand, and a fully functional shower. While there were no standout features or unique amenities, the accommodations served their purpose adequately. It was a place to rest with the necessary amenities for a comfortable night's sleep and a refreshing shower. Overall, is a no-frills option that delivers on providing the basics without any extra bells and whistles. If you're seeking a simple and functional place to stay, it could fit the bill.

Great, clean and modern room, comfortable bed, good space to work, a beautiful bathroom, all necessary personal care items were there without a need for request. Very helpful and efficient staff at the reception that accommodated all of our extra requests, including sudden need for cancellation of the last 2 days of stay with a full refund for these without any problems. Amazing variety of breakfast items that included most of the known to me breakfast types and made to a very high standard of quality. I will be back.

An incredible nice hotel in the city center. Everything was great! The young people at the reception tipical spanish atitude happy, kind willing to make you feel wellcome,the rooms big and very clean, the bartenders such a nice guys and the food beyond all expectatitions fresh, spanish. All my consuderation for the personel.

We stayed for one night during our trip across Andalucia and everything about our stay in this hotel was wonderful. The staff is very kind and catering, the property beautiful, amenities better than in any other hotel we’ve stayed in. We’ve managed to grab drinks in the rooftop bar which were delicious, as well as breakfast the next morning which was delicious. Lastly, a small unexpected gesture that we loved was that every time we were passing in and out of the hotel – the reception staff gave us bottles with water which was so appreciated due the extreme heat in Granada.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location was great, and the pool was really nice to cool off in. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this property. Rosa, the host, was quick to respond and very happy to accommodate us as best she could, including upgrading us to the biggest suite halfway through our stay because it was available. The price is very good compared to other places around the same location which are far less comfortable. Nice warm lighting inside too, which is something I always appreciate. Really enjoyed our stay here!
