We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Plaza del Castillo! The unique medieval-style architecture creates a magical and charming atmosphere — it truly feels like staying in a castle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the inner courtyard is a lovely place to relax. It’s a peaceful hotel with easy access to Málaga by car. Highly recommended for a memorable and different experience!

The bed was great, you can switch the light on and read and not bother your roommates, you can charge your phone next to you, there is a big drawer for your stuff that can be opened by your card, it's really practical. Staff was nice and helpful. I participated in a tapas tour for 25 euros and met nice new people (not that much info on the food and drinks, but good vibes).

The location is fantastic and the breakfast offers a wide range of delicious options. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly making our stay truly enjoyable. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we visit Malaga next time.

I travelled 30 hours from Sydney. I slid into those crisp whit sheets and slept for 10 hours...I arrived at breakfast 5 minutes a before it closed and she told me to take my time, no rush.

Everything but the location is far from the airport.

I was there during extreme rains. There was a red alert in the city, but the staff went out off their way to take care of me.

We stayed here because the apartment we were staying in at Benalmádena was broken in to while we were staying there & we needed somewhere to feel safe & this was the perfect place. We received a lovely welcome & the room was clean, spacious & comfortable. We had tapas served at the hotel which was delicious & we could sit on our private terrace to enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again.

What a location - everything was perfect

The location was great, everything was clean, and the staff was nice, especially the guy that was working the night shift. He was really helpful, and helped us rent a car that was delivered to hotel.

Location of the flat is great. It was very clean, spacious and equipped. We liked the most that the receptionist was very nice and helped us to solve the problem with their lockers, even though we clearly didn’t know how to use them.

The studio was located right in the center! Very close (usually max. 20minute walk) to a lot of facillities such as the center, metro/bus, harbor,… The studio was really clean too! There were a lot of cups, bowls, pans, hair dryer, iron, hangers,… available which was a very nice surprise since I didn’t see it being mentioned. Right next to the studio there were supermarkets, pharmacy,… which was very handy. The receptionist was very nice too! Have been accomodated really kindly. There were blankets and an A/C too but we didn’t really get the chance to use the A/C (since it wasn’t that hot when we visited malaga, it was around 18-23°C) At night it wasn’t as noisy as some people have been complaining. You do hear a bit of noise but it is greatly damped (what do you expect if you want a studio right in the center? of course you’ll hear a bit of noise) The other residents were also very ‘calm’. We barely saw anyone else in the apartment corridors. And the streets felt pretty safe too.
