Gorgeous new hotel. We had a suite and it was large and well lit. Super comfy bed. Lovely bathroom. The spa was a a nice addition especially on a colder evening to come back to. Worth a visit and staying here. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The location is great. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was huge. The bed was squeaky but more than comfortable.

Great value for location and room size. It was perfect for visiting the Guggenheim, just a 10 minute walk. Some rooms have the view of the museum. We appreciated all the green spaces around the hotel in a park setting. also convenient was the tram stop outside the hotel. take a tram, to old town for example, for 1.75 Euro. Clean and easy and a scenic ride. We were traveling with a dog and the location of the hotel in a park was perfect. The area around the hotel is very clean and peaceful. I would stay here again. The hotel treated us very well for our anniversary.

Modern facility and room. Room was very clean and spacious for two. AC works great. Around 4 min walking to the metro station, then one stop to the historic downtown or three stops to Guggenheim Museum (+10 min walking). Reception staff was very friendly. Many parking spaces(€22/night), if you need a parking spot in Bilbao it's a good choice.
