Location is very beautiful and quiet. This place is created with great taste. Exactly what we like. We enjoyed breakfasts and evening meals as staff prepare everything with care. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and cozy with big comfortable bed.

Great property for relaxation. Very quiet and distant from the tourists, however, has quick access to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches if you have a car. Lovely owner and her dogs. Super comfortable beds. House has everything you need - from beach towels to juicer and blender. And much more. Very cosy terrace for grilling and chilling, nice and clean pool. Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved the house and pool. There was also a parking spot in front of the house, which we found very convenient. The center of Petra is very easily accessible by foot anyway. The place is also very clean, peaceful and quiet. We stayed for 2 days and wished we could have stayed an extra day or so. Contact with the host was via Whatsapp and we received the key to the house by opening a keybox. We found this to be very smooth and easy.

Nice personnel, calm and quiet area, nice pool and good size apartment for 2. Option for recycling plastics and paper etc. Very very service minded manager and personnel who take good care of the guests personally.

Absolutely beautiful hotel - no complaints at all

We had a wonderful stay at Rafal Nou. The staff was exceptionally nice, they speak several languages, the breakfast was very good, they have umbrellas and towels to go to the beach and offer a laundry service.

This time we had bungalow in old barn/stable, very nicely renovated, very quiet at rim of the finca. Fully equipped, nice bathroom, terrace with shadow and sunny area, incl. table, chairs and sunbeds. Excellent breakfast incl. fresh fruits and local products, mallorquin food. Most friendly and service-oriented people you can find. Good communication and even short-term delay due to flight was managed easily. 2 pools, sunbeds - all well maintained. Private parking inside the area with reserved space for each appartment. Attention: car advisable, as situated outside of town/village.

Our stay was really pleasant. The apartement was clean and the pool was spacious. There was enough space to cook and lots of tables around the place to eat outdoors. The Host was very kind and helped us without hesitation. We recommend coming here if you like to spend calm and relaxing days in Mallorca.

It was one of the best and most friendly weekend we ever had - super nice owners, always friendly, supportive and had all flexibility needed. The staff was simply great 😊… we can 100% recommend this place for a nice and calm holiday.

Absolutely perfect. Claudia was incredibly kind, warm, and flexible with us. The property itself is stunning, peaceful and beautifully surrounded by nature. I’ve seen a few comments mentioning car noise, but honestly, that’s impossible. It’s over a kilometer from the main road, and we didn’t hear a single car during our entire stay, even though we spent full days there. The rooms were spotless, and I'm very picky with cleanliness. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toilet paper, and trash bags provided during our stay. The pool, garden, and surrounding area were amazing, so calm and beautiful. There were a few other guest, but everyone was respectful and quiet, so noise was never an issue. The whole experience was cosy, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. I’d love to come back, and I definitely will!

We booked this beautiful casa when we were already at Mallorca. We had booked a house in Alcudia, but got drilled out by builders first at 7.15am on easter morning. That house was nextdoor to a building site. We had to get as far away as posible from that horrible place. We drove by the vacant houses on the island and ended up at Peréto. It didn’t have a customers rating yet, but for what we could see the little house and swimming poole lay peacefully and private. Although you can hear the nearby road. When we entered through the gates the next morning we were welcomed by a pretty rural house with fresh oranges and citrus from their own garden. The swimming pool is very nice. Different types of lounge and relax chairs. Son peréto perit turned out to be a beautiful mix of old fashioned and modern. Two swing chairs and a hanging mat opposite a good barbecue. And a rather large tv and comfortable big couch with a small kitchen that has all the equipment needed. Hand press and bowl to make fresh lemonade. Oven and microwave. Not the newest. But all functioning very well. We had a very relaxed week here. Our boy enjoyed the pool and the big garden. We enjoyed the privacy, the comfort and the sun. The family running it is very nice and kind. And quick to responses to our questions.

The property is beautiful, extremely well presented. Quality interior. Air conditioning system is excellent and offered much needed respite in July/August heat. Kitchen is well equipped with excellent facilities. Outside, beautiful gardens and an excellent swimming pool, bar and outdoor pool bathroom too!!! Amazing.

We liked almost everything! It was our second time at Villa Fernando and we loved it! The pool is fabulous, the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable and the outside space is perfect.
