The property is just too good. The location overlooking the mont blanc from the balcony is just breath taking. The wooden chalets are so cosy and comfortable. But the highlight was the exceptional service and courteous staff which we cannot praise enough. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable taking care of our slightest needs. Like dropping us off to the near by station or helping collect or drop a self drive rental car. The food & breakfast is amazing too. They even upgraded us on arrival to their suite. It literally is the nicest place to stay. Thank you so much to each member of the team. A 100% recommend to anyone, where we ourselves want to stay again.

Second time here, amazing little hotel, very much attention to detail making you feel home. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Location is perfect to discover the area, going to skiing and also trekking in spring. The indoor pool is amazing for apres-ski. Lot of nice restaurants nearby and also the cozy St.Gervais des Bains The hotel restaurant is also excellent (we tried it during our previous staying). Overall totally recommended! :)

First off the location of the hotel is perfectly centered and just a ~8 minute walk to Megève town centre, and far enough to not have any noise. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very simple but delicious. The bed was comfy as well as the pillows. Dinner came with unlimited dessert which was a surprise, much enjoyed. The bathroom was very neat and tidy. The head concierge Ben was very accommodating and made sure nothing wad short of our stay and wrote us an itinerary and recommendations, which was very helpful and made sure to give us multiple suggestions. The hotel is obviously on the pricer side and that is without the dinners, however i do believe you get what you pay for as the experience and place speaks for itself. The outdoor thermal pools were my favorite along with the outdoor sauna. We asked to be checked in early and all our requirements have been met.
