The host went above an beyond with supplying games and tea coffee etc on arrival. The caravan was very well equipped and homely.

Lovely clean caravan and extremely well equipped, has everything you could possibly need available! Owners were lovely and left us to our stay! We loved how dog friendly the site and surrounding areas were and we had our labradour puppy in tow. We will be returning in the future.

Owner great communication. Tastefully decorated. Beds really comfy. Shower very nice n polite even says hello. Fantastic owner had already put the heating on very much appreciated. Has pretty much everything you need. Lovely location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was clean and put together wonderfully. There were clear signs on what to do everywhere including the bins and heating. Perfect for any occasion

A real home from home excellent facilities, immaculately clean and comfortable a lot of thought from the owners (who are very easy to get hold of should you have any questions) even little things like USB chargers next to bed, extra TV in bedroom, Towels, bedding , cleaning products iron, ironing board tea coffee milk…. all makes for an easy stay. Easy parking, friendly community and peaceful. Great location for exploring up to Cromer and down to Southwold and the surroundings

We found the bungalow homely and welcoming. The park was clean and tidy.

We stayed at 63, a family of five. Mohammed the owner responded promptly to our emails/questions, and made a great accommodation/stay even better for us. Very good villa, literally next to the pool and the restaurant and the play area, and with good sea views. What's not to like? We even met friendly locals in the nearby pub, and the village shop owner 50 yards away was also very nice. In terms of location, Pleasurewood hills is a 5 minute drive, Great Yarmouth with Sea Life and Pleasure Beach 15 minutes away! Southwold Pier was also not too far away. All good. Thanks for accommodating us!

Loved the area, and all the facilities in the house. We slept so well! We only wished we could stay longer :)

It’s in a beautiful location. Has a lovely little balcony, so if you have a dog, it’s secure the property. Has everything you need in there. Lovely size fridge cooker it’s lovely and warm in the winter and really comfortable beds I love it so much that I’ve rebooked

Great property for us, the kids and the dogs. Very well kept and nicely decorated. Cozy. On site there is an indoor pool, very warm and opposite site there is a pub and a Chinese takeaway which was very good. Within a three minute drive are beaches and lovely walks.

The property is immaculate. Its in a perfect location . Clean comfy beds . Kitchen equipped fab . Brilliant peaceful but still good for kids .
