Local Bus Service to Skegness and Mablethorpe centre on Doorstep if needed. Beach is only a stones throw away. If you don't want to catch the Bus there is a nice direct walk into Mablethorpe centre. On site shop sells most things if you're stuck and all for a considerably reasonable price.

The caravan was lovely and clean with clean bedding. Hob, oven and grill work fine. Lots of space for family in the front room with a flat screen TV and DVD player to boot. Please ignore any past reviews about the dvd player being broken, it just had the wrong video output set wrong. Easy fix; whilst a movie is playing, press the setup button on the remote and go to video setting, TV system should be on PAL and video out should be on S Video. Also had a great selection of dvds for all the family to enjoy. Caravan came with tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. The owner is also very helpful and so polite. The resort was amazing we all had a great time, loads for the kids to do, also reasonably price for food and beer.
