Great location for exploring the city, super friendly and helpful staff. We were visiting U of Chester and was walkable to school.

My wife broke her elbow and I had to find somewhere in the early hours of the morning and then additional days. The staff at the Lion Quays were incredibly helpful and made a very stressful situation a lot easier. Their 24 hour reception was a godsend.
