The Wayside cottage is a little piece of heaven. The view for the windows is remarkable, and comfortable. The cottage offers a complete solitude in nature, yet you are 20-30 mins from Batumi, if you need to get around the city. Communication with the host is seamless and very responsive. Too bad we had to leave so soon :-)....Hope to be back again.

Greenwood – a Wonderful Hotel with Many Advantages and Virtually No Drawbacks Let’s go over everything in order. 1. We booked the hotel for two nights to take a break from work. The hotel staff knew it was my birthday, so upon arrival, we were greeted with a surprise—a bottle of wine and a dessert with "Happy Birthday!" written on it. It was incredibly touching to receive such a thoughtful gesture from the staff right at check-in. 2. The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. During our entire stay, there was not a single instance where our requests were met with indifference. On the last day, my son lost his headphones, but he didn’t even worry—he knew they would be found at reception. The restaurant staff also deserves special praise for their attentiveness. The interior throughout the hotel—the lobby, the restaurant, and even the courtyard—is aesthetically pleasing and a delight to the eye. The restaurant, in particular, is stunning, but more on that later. 3. The room was spacious and modern, with flooring that kept our feet warm. The furniture was new, though there were a few marks on the walls, which didn’t bother me. Each room had a large, modern plasma TV. One of the rooms featured a tea set—a kettle with a selection of tea, coffee, spoons, and other essentials—which was very convenient. The bed in the bedroom was clean, comfortable, and quite large. All appliances worked flawlessly. 4. The view from the room was breathtaking—overlooking a tangerine grove, the sea, and a botanical garden. The balcony had a small table, perfect for enjoying a coffee while admiring the scenery. 5. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, so there was no need to open the windows. Each room had its own climate control system with a digital panel. 6. The bathroom was luxurious, featuring a comfortable toilet and high-quality toiletries. There were plenty of towels, bathrobes, and hygiene products. 7.

Nice apartment close to the pebble beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Great terrace with a nice view. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff is avaliable via Whatsapp all the time and they resolve any questions. Wifi working. The apartments also has a hair dryer and a washing machine (no washing powder), large fridge and freezer and air-con. No problems with the elevators. The apartment is on the 9th floor. Would return!

Apartment is really good, I like this place a lot. The sea view is amazing, even with not perfect weather it was still very beautiful. Only thing I little sad is weather was not good during my stay. Next time I come in summer for sure 😅
