Outstanding reception service with excellent English, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and the best hotel breakfast I’ve had — an incredibly rich selection including fresh juices, a wide variety of sweets, fruits, yogurts, and Georgian foods and cheeses. The hotel has a fast and very quiet elevator, a spotless room with excellent housekeeping, and a huge TV with many channels. The views over Tbilisi are absolutely stunning, both from the room and from Dumas Restaurant with its almost 360° panorama. The hotel is located in a beautiful, modern district next to Vake Park — perfect for walks, though worth noting it’s a bit far from the city center due to traffic. Special thanks to the wonderful receptionist Salome — her English is excellent — and to the friendly front desk team Irakli and Shota for their warm and professional service. Until next time.

Our stay at The Telegraph Hotel in Tbilisi was excellent. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and featured a huge, very comfortable bed with exceptionally clean sheets. We also appreciated the in-room coffee machine. The hotel facilities, especially the sauna and gym, were outstanding. The modern architecture of the building is impressive, while the room offered a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also has three different restaurants and bars, all of which provided a great dining experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Stuff couldn't do more to accommodate all our needs and they were always smiling and ready to help. Check in was flawless and breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh food, great coffee. Our room was on the 5th floor, not huge but enough for our needs, nicely decorated and housekeeping was fantastic. Spa was clean and not crowded and smoothies, water and cookies provided there was an extra highly appreciated touch. We never had to wait long for elevators and check out process was fast and smooth. Even if there is no parking, front door stuff made it possible to always have a space left for our car in front of the hotel. We just needed to hand them our key, so easy and comfortable for us during our whole stay.

Hotel is in developing area of the city - great place to run away and yet to stay next to life and locals :) Very joyful, especially, the swimming pool!

Hotel & Staff is very good but location is so far to City Center (15 Minutes on car), we’re stay for trip to tbilisi, Breakfast is not bad but diversity should be improved. Finally, al is well

I am not sure if you can find a better place with those prices. The hotel is clean, breakfast is not the best but good enough, rooms are spacious, and personnel is extremely helpful. I need to send a special thanks to Ms Nino in the reception for her assistance. She is always ready to help with a warm smile on her face.

Loved this quirky property. Location was fabulous. We had the large room with 2 double beds and were far enough from the children that they didn’t annoy us 😊

My stay at the Ambassadori Tbilisi Hotel was truly excellent. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and high-quality service. The spaces are elegant and spotless, and the rooms offer a relaxing and refined atmosphere. The breakfast is one of the highlights — rich, fresh, and with a wide variety that suits every taste, from simple options to more refined choices. Everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. Another big advantage is the beauty services available at the hotel — the hair salon and nail services are of very high quality, which makes the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The staff is polite, professional, and always willing to help.

The staff was very helpful. They upgraded our stay to Pine Astoria 5 stars hotel next to the 4 star hotel without additional fees and it was really affordableand good value for money. They provided 2 connecting rooms for 2 families (4 rooms in total) instead of a triple room and a family suit. The water in the pool was warm and clean, breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. View to the ciry was fascinating. We needed 15 minutes to the city center. There was a private parking slot for our two cars. Thank you for everything! We'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is absolutely new and charming. Location is excellent - on a very quiet street, 15 minutes walk to Liberty Square, 50 meters walk to the beginning of the walking route to Mtatsminda. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
