I truly recommend Shota@Rustaveli for your Tbilisi trip. The hotel is located slightly away from the main road in New City, Tbilisi, next to the parliament building which is very safe. The hotel is also within walking distance to public transport. They offered breakfast with continental and local food variety and the kitchen staff were truly helpful with your menu orders. Housekeeping staff made our stay more pleasant as they ensured the room is spanking clean everyday after our return from exploring the city..Front desk staff were accommodating to our requests. If you want to dine outside, the hotel is nearby to ranges of restaurants and bars along the main road.
