The view from the hotel is spectacular! I think this hotel has some of the best views in the whole of Kvariati! The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and kind people. The restaurant offers an amazing range of food that is delicious. The rooms are clean and modern and offer beautiful views from the balcony. I hope I can come back to this beautiful place again!

I recently spent 20 nights at "A cozy apartment near the sea" in Kvariati, Batumi, Georgia, from May 25th to June 14th. Overall, my experience was quite pleasant, but a few areas could be improved. Location: The apartment's proximity to the sea is fantastic. It was wonderful to be just a short walk away from the beach, which made daily outings very convenient. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection was consistently strong, which was not expected for the area. I was able to do some work and much-needed binging. Quiet Area: Kvariati is a peaceful and quiet location, which was perfect for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Cleanliness: The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival, which made a good first impression. Host Communication: The host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance.

Location is great as near beach, there are bakery, shops and restaurant close by. House is huge and have everything what needed for long holidays, equipped kitchen etc. Swimming pool was clean and accessible to us.
